One Hour Later
Sayuri was still awake, listening quietly in the corner.
She couldn't sleep at all.
From the room next door, the sounds of moaning echoed loudly, the clatter of bed and occasional exclamations making it impossible to rest.
"Sigh."
Sayuri sighed, sat up, and turned on the TV. Since she was already awake, she might as well watch one too to relieve herself.
The Next Morning
Sayuri, having not slept all night, went about her morning routine in silence.
After washing her damp sheets and pajamas, she finally gathered enough courage to knock on Nanashi's door.
The door swung open.
Standing before her was Nanashi—shirtless, droplets of water still clinging to his hair.
He had just finished showering.
Sayuri's gaze lingered on his well-defined muscles before she quickly averted her eyes. Taking a deep breath, she asked cautiously,
"Nanashi, have you seen Eriri? She wasn't home when I checked this morning."
Nanashi glanced toward the bedroom.
After a brief pause, he replied, "Aunt Sayuri, Eriri has been under a lot of stress lately. She asked me to help her relieve it. She just fell asleep and probably won't be able to make it to school today."
He was telling the truth.
Eriri had been under immense pressure for some time now.
That was also why she had been playing fighting games for so long.
Sayuri's expression twitched.
What kind of stress relief would leave someone unable to get out of bed for an entire day?!
Internally, she was screaming.
But outwardly, she maintained a polite smile and responded, "I see… Then I'll leave her in your care, Nanashi."
Nanashi nodded. "Don't worry, I've already taken the day off too."
Sayuri walked away, her steps slightly stiff.
Nanashi closed the door and returned inside.
After hanging up the freshly washed sheets and pajamas, he made his way back to the bedroom.
Eriri, still half-asleep, mumbled softly, "No… not yet…"
Nanashi let out a helpless chuckle.
Maybe he had gone a little overboard.
But in truth, Eriri had been the one who insisted.
She was surprisingly persistent.
As he lay beside her, she instinctively rested her head against his chest.
And then, without hesitation, she wrapped her legs around his.
It felt like she was ready for another round.
Nanashi hurriedly opened the chat group to distract himself.

Shinobu:"Antimatter Army? What's that?"
