Xu Bin glanced instinctively towards the master bedroom. The door was open, but the room was dark.
Yao Xin saw this and laughed, "What are you looking at? Mom's out with Yanzi Auntie and the others for a late-night snack. She got her new phone and just had to show it off."
"Don't worry, no one will yell at you for turning on the air conditioner. If they do, they'll yell at me."
Xu Bin sat down and lit a cigarette, taking only one puff before Yao Xin spoke with a suggestive smile, "Poor thing, you didn't finish last night."
"Two nights in a row and you're down here smoking? That's a bit sad."
Seeing her slur her words and speak so freely, Xu Bin frowned, "Big sister, you've had too much to drink. You should stop."
Instead of listening, Yao Xin stood up, handed him a cold beer, and said, "I can handle more than this. You don't know my drinking capacity."
"Go ahead, Nan is probably asleep by now. You must be frustrated with that tent in your pants today."
As she spoke, she openly stared at the bulge in his underwear, laughing, "You're quite the gentleman, wearing underwear when I'm here. I heard you usually run around in your boxers."
"It's hot," Xu Bin replied, his mind racing. Yao Xin barely drank, and certainly not alone. This situation was unusual.
Seeing that Xu Bin wasn't talking much, Yao Xin started lecturing, "Look at you, so quiet and brooding. That's why Mom and I misjudged you."
"What can I say, Big Sister?" Xu Bin responded, knowing she was tipsy but not drunk.
"Don't act innocent," Yao Xin said, her words slurring slightly. "I was in Le'er's room and couldn't sleep because of your noises. Nan was moaning for twenty minutes, and you couldn't even finish? You must have been doing all the work."
"She didn't even help you finish, and you came down here to smoke? That's not right."
Yao Xin, acting very serious, said, "Don't worry, Mimi. Tomorrow, I'll talk to her. She can't be so neglectful, even if she's pregnant."
Xu Bin quickly explained, "Big Sister, don't be too hard on her. Let her rest. Whether I finish or not doesn't matter."
"Nonsense," Yao Xin retorted. "Men are all the same; once hard, you're like a dog in heat."
Xu Bin was taken aback but replied, "Big Sister, I meant you should scold me, not her."
"You do care about your wife," Yao Xin said, her expression softening. "Tell me what you want, and I'll consider going easy on you."
"Big Sister, please," Xu Bin pleaded. "Nan wanted to finish me off, but I didn't push her."
Yao Xin blushed slightly but pressed on, "And then?"
The situation was getting weirder, but Yao Xin's flushed face and drunkenness made her even more alluring. Her eyes, filled with a seductive glow, made him feel a stir within.
"Big Sister, that's our private matter," Xu Bin said, trying to deflect. "If you have something on your mind, I'll keep you company and drink with you. Why dig into our privacy?"
They clinked glasses, and Yao Xin downed her drink in one gulp.
Putting her cup down, she said, "Privacy? You're making me feel like an outsider. I listened to your bedroom activities and it was uncomfortable for me."
Yao Xin opened another beer for him and continued, "Nan moaning for so long means you were doing all the work. I'll tell Mom to talk some sense into her. She can't be so selfish, even if she's pregnant."
"Big Sister, it's not that complicated," Xu Bin explained. "Today, Nan insisted on finishing me off. I didn't expect it, and she just pulled down my pants and started."
"I was a bit upset that she didn't tell me about her check-up today. I should have gone with her."
"Nan said she didn't want to bother me, but I took Le'er to school this morning!"
Yao Xin's brows furrowed slightly.
