August 25th, 2019 – Stadio Friuli, Udine
The AC Milan team bus rolled through the narrow streets of Udine, cutting through the misty summer morning. The glass reflected the sleeping city, but inside, it was all nerves and adrenaline.
Enzo Sky Vito sat in his window seat, earbuds in, head tilted back. His fingers traced over the raised stitching on his brand-new jersey:
#19 – SKY VITO
This wasn't a bench role anymore. This wasn't a cameo.
This was the Serie A opening day — and he was starting.
Fresh off a long-term contract extension, a new deal with Nike, and now rocking custom Mercurial DreamSpeed boots in white-gold — Enzo had stepped into the spotlight as AC Milan's new phenomenon.
He felt it in every heartbeat.
The bus finally pulled up to the stadium. As they stepped down, Enzo paused for a second outside the tunnel. Cameras flashed. Fans chanted. The Serie A anthem echoed inside the concourse.
This was real.
This was his moment.
Inside the Changing Room – 17:55 CET
Maldini, the club director, entered briefly to wish the squad luck.
"Let's begin the season like Milan," he said.
"With pride. And flair."
In the corner, Enzo laced up his boots slowly, methodically. His locker was between Leão and Çalhanoğlu — both already grinning.
"Ready, Golden Boy?" Leão joked, tapping his shoulder.
Enzo smiled. "Born ready."
On the whiteboard behind coach Marco Giampaolo, the lineup was clear:
Enzo Sky Vito – Left Wing.
Piątek – Central Striker.
Suso – Right Wing.
Çalhanoğlu in midfield.
Donnarumma in goal.
Number 19. Starting. No safety net.
Pre-Match Warm-Up – 18:25 CET
As Enzo stepped onto the pitch to warm up, the stadium opened up like a dream.
Thousands of fans in black and white… but in the corner? A sea of red and black — Milanisti — chanting "Sky Vito! Sky Vito!"
The pitch felt lighter under his feet. Every touch of the ball stuck to him like magic. His new boots glinted under the lights. His body was loose, sharp, locked in.
He glanced up at the crowd and soaked in the scene.
"This is what I live for," he thought. "The stage, the pressure, the dance of it all."
Kick-Off – 18:45 CET
The referee blew the whistle.
The 2019–20 Serie A season was officially underway.
For the first 15 minutes, Udinese pressed hard. But Enzo tracked back, moved intelligently off the ball, and constantly made himself available in transition.
Then came the first spark.
Minute 22: He received a diagonal ball from Çalhanoğlu — one touch to control, the second a fake to cut inside, and the third… a no-look slip pass that freed Piątek into the box.
It didn't lead to a goal, but the crowd gasped.
The commentators picked up immediately:
🎙️ "Oh là là! That's pure silk from Sky Vito. Eighteen years old, but he plays like he's danced here for a decade."
Minute 33: He danced past two defenders near the left wing and let off a curling strike — inches wide.
Minute 41: He earned a free-kick after a nutmeg and a body feint that sent the Udinese captain sliding the wrong way. Even the home fans clapped.
Halftime – AC Milan 0–0 Udinese
Back in the locker room, Coach Giampaolo smiled and nodded.
"Enzo — you're cooking. Second half, go for their throats. Create something. That's your job."
Leão handed him his water bottle. "They're scared of you, bro. You feel it?"
Enzo laughed. "I don't feel fear. I feel rhythm."
Second Half – Minute 56
It happened.
A midfield turnover. Çalhanoğlu poked the ball forward to Enzo in space. He controlled it, sprinted down the left, then cut inside on his right.
From 25 yards out, he saw the far post… and curled a thunderbolt.
GOAL.
Top corner.
No chance for the keeper.
He raced to the away fans and dropped into a sliding Del Piero celebration — arm out, tongue out, face pure bliss.
🎙️ "WHAT A WAY TO ANNOUNCE YOURSELF! SKY VITO WITH A STRIKE OF GENIUS! NUMBER 19 — REMEMBER THE NAME!"
The players swarmed him. Leão lifted him like a trophy.
On the touchline, Maldini applauded calmly — but even he couldn't hide the pride in his eyes.
Full-Time: Udinese 0–1 AC Milan
Enzo's goal stood as the match-winner.
As the team boarded the bus home, fans crowded around chanting, snapping photos.
Enzo collapsed into his seat. Exhausted. Grinning. Happy.
His phone was blowing up. Sky Italia, ESPN, even Neymar reposted the goal.
And among the thousands of messages?
One from Nike:
"This is what legends do at 18. You are the future. Let's make it global."
And another from his brother:
"You're not dreaming, Enz. You're living it."
