Chapter 8 - Not One, Not Two. But Four.

For several days, something strange had been happening to me. It wasn't just a feeling. It was more like a force pulling me, dragging me toward the heart of the forest. It never stopped. It was steady and sharp, and the more I ignored it, the stronger it became.

It burned in my chest, kept me awake every night, and twisted low in my belly, almost like a tight knot I couldn't untie.

At first, I thought I was losing my mind. I tried to push the feeling away, but it never left me. It kept growing stronger.

One morning, I finally told Alpha Kael about it. I expected him to laugh or dismiss it. But instead, I saw his eyes widen in surprise. There was a brief moment of silence between us. That was when he admitted he had been feeling the same pull since the day he found me. He just never told me because he didn't want me to feel uncomfortable or pressured, knowing that the pulls towards me meant he's my mate.

From that day, Kael became even more protective of me. He didn't let me out of his sight.

One cool morning, we decided to go into the woods to gather some herbs. The air was fresh and the scent of pine trees surrounded us, calming me a little, but the pull inside me only grew tighter, like an invisible rope was dragging me somewhere I didn't understand.

Kael stayed close, his voice low but firm. "Stay near me, Aria."

"I will," I whispered, though I could feel my heart pounding so fast in my chest.

While picking herbs, I suddenly felt a strange movement behind me. I quickly turned around, but I didn't see anything.

Just as I started to calm down, three men stepped out from behind the trees. It was like they had been running from something. I froze in place. My breath caught in my throat, fear washing over me.

The first man had smooth brown hair that danced a little in the breeze. His eyes locked onto mine, sharp and focused, like I was the only thing that existed to him in that moment.

The second man had black hair that fell over his stormy gray eyes. He stared at me without blinking, his gaze deep and intense.

The third man had dark eyes too, but there was something in his stare that I couldn't understand.

Kael quickly stepped in front of me, his body tense, his voice sharp and protective. "What do you want?" he asked, blocking me from their view.

The man with brown hair was the first to speak. "We came for the Omega."

Kael didn't even think twice. "If that's what you want, you'll have to kill me first before you get to her," he growled.

The second man, the one with the stormy eyes, stepped forward and raised his hands slightly. His voice was soft, almost calm. "We don't want to fight you. That's not why we're here. We've been drawn here. For days, we've felt this strong pull leading us, and it brought us straight to her."

His eyes met mine as he said those words. Something inside me responded immediately. I couldn't control it as my skin prickled, and my breathing changed, even my legs grew weak.

Kael looked back at me, concern in his eyes. "Aria, do you feel the same pull they're talking about?"

I couldn't lie to him. "Yes," I said quietly, lowering my eyes in embarrassment.

The brown-haired man took a step closer. "I'm Draven."

The other two introduced themselves. "Thorne." "Silas."

Kael's arm tightened protectively around me. "She's under my care. And she's carrying a pup."

"We know," Draven said without hesitation. His voice was sure. "We could smell it from afar. It's an Alpha's heir."

My heart skipped a beat. When his eyes dropped to my belly, I expected him to see me as weak. But their eyes softened instead. What I saw surprised me. They didn't just look at me with curiosity. Their eyes filled with adoration, protectiveness, and hunger, all at once.

It was still hard for me to understand. They knew I was pregnant, and yet, the pull between us kept growing stronger. I tried to fight it, but it was impossible because the connection was too deep.

Kael gently stroked my hand with his thumb. "What do we do now, Aria?"

I took a shaky breath. "I want… I want to understand what this is. I need to know."

Kael gave me a small nod. "Then we'll find out together."

He looked at the men and asked, "o you mean it's because of some pull, that's why you're looking for her here?"

Draven spoke calmly. "It wasn't something we planned. We just… felt it. For days, this pull, this bond, it kept dragging us toward this forest. It wouldn't let us rest until we found its source. And when we saw her… we knew."

Thorne added, "It's not just instinct. It's something stronger. We were drawn to her."

Silas nodded. "We don't even fully understand it but I think she's our mate. Our wolves wouldn't let us rest until we found her and now we've found her."

Mate? Does that mean all these three men are also my mates? Impossible.

Not even one or two? But all four of them. AT ONCE!

I said in my mind, but didn't dare say them out.

Kael studied their faces, still tense but slightly less guarded. "Come with me."

He led them back to his house, keeping me close by his side. When we arrived, Kael showed them the guest room and told them they could stay there until they were ready to leave.

"You'll stay here as long as you need to," Kael said, though his voice still carried caution. "But you won't harm her."

Draven looked straight at him with a slight frown. "We would never hurt her."

That evening, the pull inside me became unbearable. My body felt hot, my skin became sensitive, and a strange need burned inside me. It felt like I was in heat, though it came on so suddenly that I was confused by it.

I stayed in my room, trying to calm myself, but nothing worked.

Draven walked into the room quietly, saying he had come to pick up something he had forgotten in my room, but as soon as he stepped in, my body reacted. My core tingled with need. I squeezed my thighs together, trying to control it, but it was useless.

Draven paused and gave me a long look before leaving the room.

Moments later, Kael came in, asking if I was ready to eat yet. I shook my head. Because I wasn't hungry for food.

Kael noticed something was wrong. He quickly closed the door behind him, and hurried to my side with a concern look across his face.

"Tell me what you need, Omega," he said, his voice low and thick with tension.

I met his gaze, which were a mixture of hunger and worry. "I need you, Kael. I need you right now." I said truthfully.

He took a deep breath, and looked straight at me to be sure I meant what I said. "Are you sure you want this?"

"Yes," I whispered, unable to stop myself from voicing my needs out. "Please, I need you to claim me."

A deep growl came from his chest as he crashed his lips against mine. His kiss was fierce, desperate, and full of hunger. His huge hands explored my body, making me shiver.

He quickly removed my blouse, his mouth finding my nipple. He sucked and grazed it with his teeth, making me moan loudly.

The door creaked, and Draven appeared, leaning against the frame with an amusing expression.

"Starting without me, huh?" Draven teased, but his eyes were dark with desire.

Kael growled, not stopping to even look at him. "She asked for this."

Draven slowly walked over, his hand gliding over my thigh, and sliding under my skirt. "Do you want me too, little Omega?"

"Yes… please," I begged.

His lips captured mine in a deep, possessive kiss. His tongue slid into my mouth as Kael continued lavishing my both breasts with his greedy lips.

"You're already so wet," Draven whispered, his fingers teasing me through my soaked panties.

Kael's hand tangled in my hair, pulling my head back as he licked the sensitive skin on my neck like he was about marking me. "I'll take you first. I need to feel you."

"I'll have her next," Draven said, his voice thick with hunger.

Kael pushed my panties aside and slowly filled me in one deep thrust. I cried out, but there was no pain, only an intense, sweet stretch that made me shudder with pleasure.

His pace was steady, and very careful. One hand gently stroked my belly as he said. "I won't hurt you or the pup."

"Never," Draven whispered against my back, pressing soft kisses down my spine. "We'll continue to always protect you."

As he said that, Draven's hand slid between my thighs, teasing me more, and making me whimper.

"I'll fill you too, Omega. We both need you," Draven said.

"Please," I begged, completely lost in the feeling.

Draven moved behind me and slowly joined, filling me carefully, while making sure I felt no pain. When he was fully inside, I felt completely filled up.

They moved together, their touches loving but firm, their rhythm went deep and steady, as my moans filled the room as they drove me higher and higher to climax.

The door creaked again, and I raised my gaze to see Silas and Thorne standing there, watching us with burning, hungry eyes.

"She's ours too," Silas growled, his fists clenched, but he didn't move closer.

"Wait your turn," Kael said firmly, his thrusts never stopping.
