RM rubbed his temples, feeling a bit drained. "Alright, let's call it a day. We'll discuss the work details with Jungkook tomorrow. For now, let's get him and Jimin familiar with the place."
J-Hope spoke up, "I'll ask Minju from the middle rank to show them around. She's familiar with the layout and can give them a proper tour."
RM nodded, "Sounds good. Minju's been with us for a while, she'll make sure Jungkook and Jimin get settled in."
Minju, a bright and cheerful member of the Shadows, was summoned and tasked with showing Jungkook and Jimin around the premises. With a warm smile, she led the two newcomers on a tour, pointing out important areas and introducing them to the other members.
As Jimin followed Minju on the tour, his eyes wandered, taking in the surroundings. Suddenly, he stopped in his tracks, his gaze fixed on a door that seemed slightly ajar. He pushed it open, revealing a room filled with an array of paintings, each one more breathtaking than the last.
Jimin's eyes widened in awe, "Wow...these are amazing!" he breathed, stepping further into the room. The paintings seemed to be a mix of styles, from abstract to realistic, and Jimin's fingers itched to touch the canvases.
Minju smiled, "Ah, you've found the art room. Some of the Shadows' members enjoy painting in their free time. We've had some talented artists among us."
Jungkook followed Jimin into the room, his eyes scanning the paintings with interest. "These are really good. Who did them?" he asked, his gaze lingering on a particularly striking piece.
Minju leaned against the doorway, watching Jimin and Jungkook with a warm smile. "Actually, most of these were done by Yoongi hyung. He's quite the talented artist."
Jimin's eyes widened in surprise, "Yoongi hyung? I wouldn't have guessed. These paintings are incredible."
Jungkook nodded in agreement, "Yeah, they're really good. I'd love to see more of his work."
Minju chuckled, "I'm sure he'd be happy to show you more. He's very proud of his art."
As they continued to admire the paintings, Jimin's eyes landed on a particular piece that caught his attention. It was a hauntingly beautiful portrait, with bold brushstrokes and vibrant colors. "Who did this one?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
Minju's expression softened, "That one's a bit of a story. It's one of Taehyung's earlier pieces. He's... quite the complex artist."
Minju glanced at her watch and was surprised to see how late it had gotten. "I think it's time we got you two settled into your room. It's getting really late, and you must be tired from the day's events."
She smiled apologetically and gestured for Jimin and Jungkook to follow her. "Let me show you to your quarters. You can get some rest and freshen up for tomorrow."
Jimin and Jungkook nodded, still chatting about the paintings they had seen. Minju led them down the hallway, pointing out various rooms and facilities along the way, until they reached their designated quarters.
Minju led Jimin and Jungkook to their quarters, a spacious room designed to accommodate both of them comfortably. As they entered, Jimin's eyes widened in appreciation. "This is really nice," he said, taking in the sleek decor and modern furnishings.
The room was divided into two large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and ample closet space. A shared living area in the middle featured a large screen TV, a comfortable couch, and a desk for studying or working.
Jungkook nodded in agreement, dropping his bag onto one of the beds in his designated bedroom. "Yeah, this is great. Thanks, Minju unnie."
Minju smiled, happy to see them pleased with their accommodations. "You're welcome, guys. Make yourselves at home. If you need anything, don't hesitate to ask. I'll see you tomorrow."
As Minju left, Jimin wandered into his bedroom, taking a deep breath. He flopped onto his bed, feeling a bit more relaxed after the long day. "This is nice," he called out to Jungkook, who was unpacking his bag. "I'm glad we're staying together."
Jungkook chuckled, "Me too, Jimin. It'll be good to have you around." He walked into Jimin's bedroom, leaning against the doorway. "You okay? You've had a big day."
Jimin smiled, feeling grateful for his friend's concern. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just a bit tired." He yawned, feeling his eyelids growing heavy. "I think I'm going to get some sleep."
Jungkook nodded, "Yeah, get some rest. We'll talk more tomorrow." With a gentle smile, he returned to his own bedroom, closing the door behind him.
Jungkook and Jimin woke up early, the morning light barely peeking through the curtains. They had both been too wired to sleep, their minds racing with thoughts about their new situation.
As they lay in their respective beds, staring at the ceiling, Jimin finally broke the silence. "This is crazy, just how did we stumble across the Shadows?" he whispered, his voice barely audible.
Jungkook turned his head, catching Jimin's gaze. "I know, right? It's like fate or something. I'm still trying to wrap my head around it."
Jimin sighed, running a hand through his hair. "I keep thinking about how we met RM, and then everything that happened after that. It's like a whirlwind."
Jungkook nodded, his eyes drifting back to the ceiling. "And now we're part of the Shadows. It's surreal, isn't it?"
Jimin's voice was still low, "What do you think our roles will be here? What will we be doing?"
Jungkook's expression turned thoughtful. "I don't know, but I think we'll find out soon enough. RM said we'd discuss the details today, remember?"
Jimin nodded, his mind still racing with questions and uncertainties. "Yeah, I remember. I just hope we're ready for whatever comes next."
The two friends lay in silence for a moment, lost in their own thoughts, before Jimin spoke up again. "You think we should get up? It's still early, but..."
Jungkook nodded, already throwing off the covers. "Might as well. Can't sleep anyway."
