Chapter 13 - Chapter 13: First Kill Of The So Called 'gods'.

"Finger Pistol!"

On the deck of the Navy frigate, a massive figure leapt into the air—Saquivans, the towering Marine captain.

Iggy reacted instantly. He raised his hand and fired a compressed blast of air directly at Saquivans' head.

"Tekkai!"

Mid-air, Saquivans' face hardened, the skin along his head bulging and sharpening like reinforced metal. The air bullet struck him in the eye, releasing a puff of smoke—but Saquivans merely blinked, unharmed.

His shadow loomed over Iggy.

BOOM!

The two collided with a deafening crash, vanishing into a hole left in the deck.

"Did he get him!?"

"No wonder he's a captain..."

"Go to hell, you little brat!"

The dozen or so remaining Marines cheered, and even the Celestial Dragon behind them smirked in satisfaction.

But what happened next silenced them instantly.

Two figures shot out from the crater in opposite directions, crashing back onto the deck.

"You're just a kid—how the hell are you using Tekkai?! What kind of monster are you?!"

Saquivans stared at Iggy in disbelief. He had spent two decades mastering the Rokushiki techniques and earning the nickname Iron Wall. It had taken him years of blood, sweat, and pain to reach this level.

And now, a child—that looks not more than ten years old—was fighting him with the same hardness, the same unyielding body.

It was insane.

"All of you... are going to die here. There's no point in trying to understand it."

Iggy's voice was cold. He wasn't interested in justifying anything.

"Die? Are you talking about those kids on the fishing boats?"

Saquivans seemed to realize what had triggered this violent retaliation. But Iggy no longer responded. Like a maddened beast, he launched himself at the captain again.

"Tekkai!"

Their bodies collided once more. Iggy's fists slammed into Saquivans like cannonballs against steel. Bones cracked in his hand, pain flared—but he didn't stop.

Again and again, he punched. Left, right, over and over. Every blow rang out like metal striking metal.

His body screamed, but the hatred in his heart drowned out everything else.

"You're just throwing your life away! Give it up!" Saquivans shouted.

But his words meant nothing. Iggy's hands were broken, his knuckles torn—but he kept going, eyes burning with fury.

Then, in a sudden burst, Iggy's fist pierced Saquivans' chest. The reinforced torso cracked like shattered glass.

"H-how...?"

Saquivans' eyes widened in disbelief. His hardened body deflated instantly under the force of the blow. Iggy's forearm was buried in his chest—and that arm was coated in a faint black shine.

"You... you're using Armament Haki...!"

Even as he gasped in shock, Iggy didn't stop. He roared and shoved Saquivans' body forward, slamming him against the ship's railing.

CRASH!

They skidded to a halt at the bow. Saquivans' limp body hung over the edge, dangling like a broken banner.

"I... I haven't... failed... yet..."

Blood poured from Saquivans' mouth as he muttered weakly.

"It doesn't matter anymore."

Iggy yanked his arm free and kicked the lifeless corpse into the sea.

His gaze turned toward the Celestial Dragon—the man who had killed Sabo.

"You're insane! D-don't come any closer! I'm a Celestial Dragon! I'm a world noble! If you touch me, the Navy will never forgive you!"

The blood-soaked Iggy approached step by step, looking less like a child and more like a demon that had clawed its way out of hell.

Terrified, the Celestial Dragon pulled several Marines in front of him like shields.

"I don't care if you're a world noble. Or if the World Government itself protects you."

"You're all going to hell."

Iggy stopped, crouched low, and launched into the air.

His body flipped as he raised his leg overhead.

"Rankyaku... White Thunder!"

He brought his leg down with a slicing motion. A massive white arc of energy, like a lightning bolt forged from wind itself, slashed toward the Celestial Dragon and the guards.

"AAAAAAHHHH!!!"

The Marines screamed in horror. The Celestial Dragon didn't even have time to beg for mercy. The white light swallowed him whole.

A thunderous explosion rocked the sea. A fan-shaped shockwave spread outward.

When the light faded, there were no survivors—no corpses. Even the ship had been cleaved in two.

Iggy landed on the ruined hull, his eyes sweeping the destruction. Then, without a word, he jumped into the ocean.

---

On the coastline, people stood shoulder to shoulder for over a kilometer, watching in silence.

They stared at the burning wreckage in the distance as it slowly sank into the sea, the waves returning to eerie calm.

A grand welcoming ceremony… turned into a massacre that would shake the world.

---

On a cliff several kilometers away, overlooking the sea—

Iggy stood motionless, cradling Sabo's lifeless, soaked body with one arm. In his other hand, he held Sabo's torn hat and goggles.

He had just taken dozens of lives… yet he felt emptier than ever.

Each step up the cliff felt like wading through a swamp. He moved like an old man, weighed down by sorrow.

"Why, God...? Why do you keep giving me hope… only to take it away?"

He thought of his mother. He thought of Sabo. His teeth clenched with anger.

It wasn't fair. It was never fair.

Misery clung to him like a curse, suffocating and unshakable.

At the top, Iggy collapsed to his knees, still holding Sabo close.

"Mom… Sabo…"

The goggles and hat slipped from his hand, landing on the grass beside him.

Tears began to fall.

For the first time since the slaughter, Iggy wept—not as a warrior, not as a killer…

But as a broken, grieving child.

---

You might be wondering why I said 'Child' even though he's an adult,in the body of a child.

But how about you try living the same way he did for a decade.
