What a shame. Her mom is beautiful and has flawless skin, but she's mediocre at everything. I'm a phoenix, and she's just a barnyard bird. But the so-called perfection of her family doesn't sit well with me. There are always many secrets in families like that.
After that, the scene shifts to Alexandra's house.
"Hi, Daddy," she says with a smile.
"Hi, sweetie," he replies with a smile. "You look beautiful."
"Thanks, Daddy. So do you," Alexandra answers with a
smile.
"Mom's not home again, is she?" said Alexandra with a look of disappointment.
"No, your mother isn't home today," her father replied with a smile. "But you can have dinner with me."
"All right, Dad. Let's have dinner together."
After dinner, Alexandra went to bed, but before she could fall asleep, her mother arrived. She hugged her gently and said:
"Good night, sweetheart."
"Good night to you too, Mom," Alexandra replied with a smile.
Then she got into bed and called her boyfriend, Benjamín.
"Hi, how are you, honey?" he asked with a smile.
"I'm fine, and you, darling?" Alexandra replied, also smiling.
Benjamín asked:
"How was your day?"
The question immediately changed Alexandra's mood.
"I ran into this girl from my class. She acts like a goody two-shoes, always looks innocent, but she causes more harm than anyone. I can't stand her. She thinks she's something special just because she studies at the same university as me and uses her financial situation to get pity. She's so annoying! I don't like her. She's a viper."
Benjamín tried to calm her:
"Don't you think maybe you're judging her too harshly? Try to be kind to her. Try to get closer. Social status doesn't matter... Sometimes, people from lower classes don't have good hearts. Some are very selfish."
Alexandra got irritated.
"Are you taking her side? Tell me! Who's your girlfriend, her or me?"
"You're my girlfriend. Besides, I don't even know her," Benjamín replied, surprised.
Frustrated, Alexandra hung up the call and decided to sleep, thinking: At least today wasn't that bad...

Meanwhile, LIANA was still in front of the computer, researching with eyes gleaming with determination.
"Your name is Benjamín… I'll make you obsessed with me. I'll be the only name echoing in your head. So much so, you won't even remember your current girlfriend's name. Today's revenge and humiliation will be your punishment tomorrow."
She leaned back in her chair and reflected:
"I have to find a place where we'll 'accidentally' run into each other… or by design. As far as I know, you like fantasy books. You'll probably go to the literary festival being held tomorrow… Even though I'll be presenting my book."
She smiled wickedly.
"And if you're not there, I'll find you somewhere else. But I doubt someone with tha
t passion would miss it… unless something's wrong.
The next day, LIANA woke up with a big smile, saying, "Today I'll present one of my greatest successes. I have faith it will be a total hit, and when I'm more famous, I'll be able to live in a better place and look ahead. What if I become an actress and conquer the world of acting? After all, it's my specialty. What a silly daydream… but I can't do it while sleeping, which means I've made progress. Besides, it's been a long time since that colorless water stopped coming out of my eyes," LIANA said with a smile while picking up her phone — then she set it down and got into the shower.
She took a bath and then half-dried her hair. That was something she always prioritized — she never let it dry completely because she believed the charm of her rebellious hair was in its dampness. Then she got dressed, wearing a beautiful white skirt outfit that highlighted her perfect figure. After looking in the mirror, she sat down and applied products to hydrate her soft skin. Then she did her makeup. LIANA's makeup style was natural — she wore makeup to appear as though she wasn't wearing any, enhancing her natural beauty.
After that, she got into her car to arrive early at the festival. After some time, she arrived and organized her books and presentation. While doing so, she ate her favorite fruit — grapes. The more acidic they were, the better their taste and quality. After a few hours, the festival officially began, and many people were buying LIANA's book, which she signed.
While she was signing, a man approached her, but before she could lift her head, his book fell, and they both bent down to pick it up. In that moment, a romantic atmosphere was created. LIANA gave him a warm and simple smile, and he returned it. In LIANA's thoughts, some words began to stir: This man is my prey. He seems innocent… but I love that.
After that moment, LIANA took the book and said, "I'll sign it for you," and BENJAMÍN replied with a smile, "If you could sign it for me... You're beautiful." LIANA responded with an innocent smile, "Thank you," and BENJAMÍN smiled again and said, "Will you be at the festival all day?" LIANA replied, "Yes, but maybe you could let the others take their turn?" BENJAMÍN, embarrassed, said, "I'm sorry," and LIANA only answered with that innocent smile — that smile of a harpy — the same warm smile she gives to society. What are you hiding? Why are you so selfish and cruel?
LIANA had already turned BENJAMÍN into her prey. After signing the books, she decided to walk around and check out the other books and how interesting they were. As she did, she saw BENJAMÍN coming closer. She pretended not to see him and only smiled with satisfaction, though she hid it when he got near.
When he arrived, BENJAMÍN asked, "Do you like the other books?" and LIANA answered with an innocent smile, "There are many interesting ones and others that aren't to my liking. I don't enjoy them, but of course, there's always someone who finds them interesting. And you?" she asked.
"Same as you — there are books I like and others not so much," BENJAMÍN replied.
"That's nice. I love that you're enjoying the festival. There are so many places you can visit… books are a whole world in letters," LIANA replied, and BENJAMÍN, while nervously moving his hands but still smiling, said, "Can I ask you something?"
LIANA replied, "Sure, why not?"
BENJAMÍN asked, "Do you have a partner, or are you single?"
LIANA smiled sweetly and said, "Does that question make you nervous? No, I don't have a boyfriend or partner. And you?"
BENJAMÍN answered with a smile, "It's just… I thought I might make you uncomfortable. And yes, I do have a girlfriend. She's amazing, and she loves me. You know, could I get your number? I love the way you speak so freely. It's rare to find someone like that. We could be friends."
LIANA calmly responded, "Of course we can be friends," while thinking, Very soon you'll leave her for me. I'm not in a hurry. In fact, it makes my heart burn with excitement.
While she was thinking, BENJAMÍN interrupted, saying, "Sorry, I didn't introduce myself. Nice to meet you, I'm BENJAMÍN. And you?"
LIANA replied, "My name is LIANA," and BENJAMÍN smiled in amazement, saying, "LIANA? That's such a unique name — it's the name of a plant." But before LIANA could respond, BENJAMÍN was interrup
ted by a call from Alexandra.
