Synopsis
"Now the time has come to select our male and female Tributes for the honor of representing Coruscant or the Rebels in the 4th Annual Hunger Games. As usual, ladies first." Alsia Serat says. She walks quickly over to the glass ball containing the women's names, takes the first slip she encounters, walks quickly back to the microphone, and unfolds the slip of paper. She reads the name in a clear voice. "Princess Leia Organa." The "sequel" to the Star Wars Hunger Games. This time with Luke (Mark Hammil) as a Jedi Knight and Leia (Carrie Fisher, RIP). Enjoy! Disclaimer: I'm just borrowing the characters, settings, storyline, and other elements of Star Wars and The Hunger Games. They are the property of Disney, Lucasfilm, and Suzanne Collins. All images are the property of their respective owners. Ellia, Tobias Spince, Zane Obarrel, and Alsia Serat are the only property I own.

Chapter 1 - Part I: The Tributes

1

I wake up in my room in my sister's apartment. My sister, Leia, invited me to visit her on Coruscant. So, of course, I was sleeping in the guest room. I live on Yavin. I'm not visiting at a good time, either. Today was the Day of the Reaping. My father and mother had once been in the Games. This was before Father turned to the Dark Side and became Darth Vader. They had also been in the last Games. You thought the last Games would have been the last Games. Well, the Games that Mother and Father competed in were not the last. The Games have started up again. I get up and put on the black shirt I always wear. I go to the living room. Leia is already up. "Good morning, Leia." I say. "Good morning, Luke." says Leia. "You seem on edge." "It's Reaping Day." I remind her. "Oh, yeah. I forgot." She says. I raise an eyebrow. "Don't give me that, Luke. I have a lot to think about other than the stupid Hunger Games." Leia tells me. "I don't have many Force abilities yet, either." "You think I knew this because of my senses?" I ask. "How else would you know, Luke?" "I don't need my senses to know it's Reaping Day." I say. "OK." Leia replies. I could hear doubt in her voice, but I don't press the matter. We get ready for the Reaping.
