Grandma Susans heart was lifted and filled with excitement when she heard that Jay and Carly were going on a date.
But for the date to be extremely successful they needed to put Lucy on a leash.
Jay put Harry in charge so he could focus on his date.
Carly asked Melody what she should put on and Melody chose a dress with Jays favourite colours.. ..
"I want my beloved Jay to be happy, and I do not mind if you to fall in love."..
Carly put on the rainbowed coloured gown and matching earrings.
Jay put on his wedding suit.
As soon as they both stepped out of the room. Grandma Susan blessed there union. Lucy was green with envy.
But before she could take another step Grandma Susan called out to her.
"Lucy dear, since Carly is going to be busy, why don't you make yourself a darling and take care of me."
Lucy closed her eyes and smacked her lips. She needed to keep an eye on them, but she remembered Reahs advice.
"Of course Grandma." Grandma Susan almost threw up when she heard Lucy call her grandma.
Lucy refused to give up, she needed to find a way to keep an eye on them.
"Hey, girly this wheel chair is not going to move itself." Grandma Susan yelled and winked at Carly.
Melody was in a dilemma, she did not know who needed her more. Was it Grandma obviously Lucy could not be trusted with her.
Or was it Carly, she needed to make sure nothing went wrong.
Carly went closer to Melody.
"Do not worry about me, you should stay here with grandma. She is old and needs you the most."
Melody nodded and went into Grandma Susans room.
Grandma Susan was ready to give Lucy a long day.
As Jay and Carly took a walk around the park.
Jay noticed her blushing cheeks, and smiled. His heart fluttered and he knew he heard found the one for him.
Jay now knew that what he felt for Alisha was mere attraction.
"Do you know how to ride a horse?." Jay asked calmly. Carly shook her head.
A car parked behind them, the driver wore a scarf and covered her eyes with dark glasses.
The driver had her eyes on the target 'Carly'.
The driver turned the key and started.
"This was the same place my mother died, and I have come to repay the favour."
The driver soloqiozed.
As the driver drove speedily, towards Carly. The people screamed and ran.
Jay looked back and jumped, he took Carlys hand and they both rolled on the floor.
The driver drove into a wall. The driver came down and fled as the angry mob followed…
Jay and Carly laid on the floor staring in each other's eyes. The driver hid in a cover taking off the scarf and glasses.
Meanwhile in Jay Singhs home, Lucy was having the worst time of her life as she was forced to massage Grandma Susans feet.
"This is a night mare, I am here doing chores for an old lady while Carly is somewhere kissing the man of my dreams."
Grandma Susan looked at her face.
"Hey, did you say something?."
Lucy shook her head and then got an idea.
"All this hard work is making me thirsty, I need water I will be back."
Lucy ran out of the room and out of the mansion.
The curiosity was killing her, she needed to know where they are and what they are doing.
As Grandma Susan, tried to come down from the bed. Her legs shivered.
Melody became alert…
Grandma Susan almost lost her balance but Melody caught her. Grandma Susan saw herself levitated on air, but no one was near by.
Melody laid Grandma Susan gently on the bed. It was then Grandma Susan knew that Melodys spirit still lingered in the house.
"Oh my poor, sweet, innocent daughter in-law. I have failed, not being able to avenge your death, despite knowing the culprits."
Melody shook her head, she looked at the palm of her hands the burn on her white skin still the same.
"I think Lucy has left the walls of this mansion my dear. Please don't worry about me and take care of Carly."..
Melody nodded, although she did not want to leave Grandma Susan unattended to….
She went into the kitchen and saw the maids sitting around looking idle.
Melody spoke in there ears.
"Why don't you go and be with Jays grandmother?."
The maid nodded, besides she was bored out of her mind with nothing to do and no one to talk to.
Melody materialized in the restaurant she found Carly sitted and beaming with smiles.
But Carly was not the only one smiling.
"Excuse me sir, if you don't mind. I would like to have a dance with your beautiful date over here."
Jay was taken aback by the audacity of the stranger before him. Was he really asking Carly to dance with him.
"You are Jay Singh, are you not?, I know of the circumstances surrounding your wedding.
Or did you think it was an open secret?."..
Carly stared at the face of this man, he looked extremely familiar. Like someone who knew her from her past when her mom was still alive.
The man bent down and whispered into Carly's ears..
"Come with me, if you want to know about your father."
Carlys curiosity sprang up, but she did not want to hurt Jay. As he would not understand the situation.
"Will you dance with me?." Jay asked Carly she nodded and placed her hands in his.
As Carly danced with Jay her mind played backwards, the strangers voice ringing in her thoughts.
"If you want to know about your father, come with me."
Carly felt restless and her eyes never left the strangers seat.
Jay noticed and felt a pinch of jealousy, just then Lucy arrived. Her entire body drenched in sweat.
As soon as Melody saw her she turned off the lights.
