Chapter 11 - What I Want Doesn’t Apologize

Haiku 1 – Unspoken

I don't say I want.You feel it in how I watch—slow, and without flinch.

Poem: "I Didn't Touch You"

I never touched you.But I saw the way your breathing changedwhen I leaned close.

How your voice hesitatedlike it knewmy silence had teeth.

You don't need to tell me.Desire lives in delay. In the almost. In the restraint that ruins sleep.

One-line Reflection:

I don't need to chase. I just wait until they realize they already want to be caught.

Haiku 2 – Fire, Controlled

I don't burn for you.I simmer, low and wicked—long enough to stay.

Poem: "Addiction Without Permission"

You keep coming back to read me.My captions. My pauses. My shade.

You say you don't want anything. But you always stay longer than planned.Always respond slower, like you're trying not to drownin whatever it is I'm not saying.

Desire isn't always heat.Sometimes it's precision.And darling,I've never missed.

One-line Reflection:

I don't ask for you. I just tilt the gravity and watch you fall.

Haiku 3 – Edge

Touch me like a dare.Look at me like you don't knowif you'll walk away.

Poem: "The Room Went Quiet"

It's not your lips I want. It's the moment before them. The eye contact that folds time. The breath you hold. The slow blink.

That's where desire lives for me—in the seconds people skip over, where need buildsbut has nowhere to land.

So I stand still. And you lean in.And we don't name it.But we feel it.

One-line Reflection:

Some people crave attention. I crave reaction—the ones you try to hide.
