Synopsis
Riya believed her life was already complicated enough — juggling work, family pressure, and a past that refuses to fade. What she didn’t expect was a car crash… with a stranger who pushed all her buttons. She lashed out without filter, calling him every rude name in the book — not knowing he was Ryansh Malhotra, the aloof, arrogant CEO of the very company she worked for. Ryansh — cold, calculating, and used to control — is shocked and strangely intrigued by this firecracker of a girl who dared to speak to him like no one else ever had. Instead of punishing her, he does something worse — he keeps her close. What begins as a series of sharp glances and heated arguments soon spirals into a tangled connection neither can deny. But secrets, office politics, and their haunting pasts threaten to ruin everything. Can love blossom between two souls bound by fate but divided by truth? Entangled Fates is a stormy tale of first impressions, hidden identities, and the dangerous line between hate and love.

Chapter 1 - Entangled fates

The radio song echoed loudly and romantically throughout the car, acting like an energy drink for Riya Agrawal, who had been working non-stop for 48 hours. The song held a special place in her heart — it reminded her of her mother, who had anonymously sung and released it. Only Riya knew that secret. Every time the melody played, it breathed life into her. Fatigue melted away, and tired Riya transformed into an energetic one.

She adjusted her grip on the steering wheel, becoming more careful as she drove. The traffic was intense, but she had to be fast — she was on a tight deadline. Her manager had entrusted her with an important parcel, and more importantly, with his personal car. She had just two hours to make the delivery.

As she focused on navigating through the heavy traffic, suddenly, a luxury Mercedes appeared out of nowhere — and crash! The two vehicles collided. In an instant, a storm of anxiety hit Riya. Her mind flooded with images of her furious manager, and the consequences she might face. Furious, she stepped out of the car and marched over to the sleek Mercedes. With rage in her voice, she shouted,

"Are you coming out, or should I call the police, you spoiled rich brat?"

The door swung open, and out stepped Ryansh Suryavanshi, visibly annoyed. In a calm but cold tone, he replied,

"Madam, I suggest you don't speak to me like that. If I say something, even the police won't be able to do anything. So, it would be wise if I just give you the money for the damage and we both walk away quietly. You know what would happen if the police got involved, don't you? And if you still want to go ahead, be my guest."

Riya hesitated for a moment and thought to herself, He's right. Calling the police would take too much time, and I barely have two hours. Let him go now — I'll deal with him later.

She crossed her arms and said firmly,

"Fine. But do you even realize how much this is going to cost? And it's not even my car — it's my manager's personal car! I'm on a deadline, so give me the money and your number. I'll contact you about the accident later. Hurry up."

Without a word, Ryansh took her phone, saved his number in it with a completely emotionless face, handed her a wad of cash right there on the roadside, and walked back to his car.

Riya stared at him as he left, thinking, What a cold, arrogant man... total grump.

She then drove straight to her manager, apologized, and handed him the money. But instead of understanding, he snatched it from her hand, glared at her, and barked,

"Get out! Don't ever do anything for me again. Do you understand? Just go!"

💌 Author's Note

Hey lovely readers! 💖

First of all, thank you so much for clicking on my story Entangled Fates — this one is really close to my heart. It's filled with emotions, unexpected twists, and characters who are far from perfect, but so real. Riya is bold, fearless, and a little broken… and Reyansh? Well, let's just say he's cold on the outside but may surprise you in ways you don't expect. 😉

I started writing this story with a simple thought — what if a random accident leads two completely different lives to collide? And slowly, love finds its way through the cracks of pain, past, and pride. 💔➡️❤️

This story is about second chances, standing up for yourself, and finding someone who stays — even when things get messy.

I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed creating it.

Your support means everything to me — every read, vote, and comment is like a hug to my heart! 🥺💕
