Chapter 7 - Adam

Chapter Seven – Adam

Unknown opened the door quickly and shouted toward the child who had called him. That child was Adam.

Unknown said to Adam as he closed the door:

"Why are you late today?"

Adam scratched his head embarrassed and said,

"My mom didn't let me go out until I finished my homework."

Some may wonder: who is this Adam?

Let's go back a little, to the moment when Ibrahim and Unknown arrived at Ibrahim's house for the first time. There were eyes watching them from afar, filled with curiosity, watching Unknown in particular—that strange boy who was unknown back then. No one would have expected that a friendship would form between him and Adam, reaching an unbelievable level… but that's another story.

Back to our topic.

Adam was a special child, but not in the traditional sense. Terrible accidents followed him since he was little, yet he survived in strange ways. For example, a fire broke out once in his grandfather's farm, and he was alone there. When everyone thought he had burned alive, a familiar voice echoed from afar:

"Mom, help me!"

Everyone turned toward the voice. Yes, it was Adam's voice.

But how did he survive? How did he stay alive while everything else burned?

They followed the sound and found him near the center of the fire, hiding under a small barely visible plank. That plank, for some reason, was unburnt and provided him protection. It was unbelievable for a child to think of hiding under it since it looked like it would catch fire too… but it didn't. It saved Adam.

To understand what happened to him, let's switch to his personal perspective:

"I am Adam. Strange and dangerous things happen to me often, and I always get out of them easily. People think I'm lucky, but I know the truth. I always have this strange instinct that guides me on what to do.

When the fire broke out, I saw that plank and felt a strong feeling pushing me to hide under it. While I was there, I saw everything around me burning, but I survived.**

This instinct is not always this strong. In normal situations, it's mild, as if I can ignore it.**

But when things get dangerous or affect my life, the instinct turns into an irresistible force.**

And at the sunset of that day… for the first and last time in my life, my instinct was that strong. It whispered to me:

Don't leave him. Don't leave him no matter what."

Since then, Adam returned home. But the next day, he began visiting Unknown daily, bothering and teasing him, until his presence became part of Unknown's life. Over time, it became natural for them to share everything: playing, eating, studying… and more. They never separated after that.

With support from Ibrahim, who saw the need to get Unknown out of his isolation, Adam was able to convince him to leave the house.

Thus, going out with Adam became a daily habit, as if the world had opened its first window for Unknown.

Now, back to the present time:

After seven months since Unknown had been in this world...
