Chapter One:
Ivy's POV
Just a another typical day in school, I just want to get this day over with if mom see my grade this quarter she will kill me. Just as I went through the school gate, Madam called me '' Ivy Mercer meet me at the office now.'' There was a hint of disappoint and anger in her voice. Which got me curious did I do something wrong? Last time I remembered I never got in any fights or trouble this year.
Lord, if you have any plans to throw trouble my way today, I beg you—spare me this time. My sanity depends on it.
As I walked through the office I got nervous What did I do this time? No trouble today please Why can't I spend a day without getting in trouble?
''Sit down Ivy'' Madam said calmly.
''Ok Mam'' I said nervously.
'' Ivy, I have been noticing your grades lately and I hate to admit I am very disappointed. I mean you weren't like this last year. This year you have been getting into fights and having bad grades. Is something going at home love?''
'' No mam, There is nothing going at home but today onwards I will try my best to get good grades.'' I said to Madam.
''Ok Ivy I trust you but don't let me down this time this is your last chance or'' she looked at me seriously '' you might not be able to go to this school again''.
I couldn't believe what she said. I really need to get my shit together from now. I really needs to stop fighting and gets my acts together but How can I? when everyone's toxic in this school. Everybody is talking shit about someone but what can I do about it I did so much studies to get in this school last year and if mom finds out this she will end me. Dad won't do anything he is always chill about everything I hope he calm down mom or her anger will burn the whole house down.
As I entered the class, I saw the ''Normal'' things I see in this school. Couples eating their faces.
