I frowned as Milo's mom escorted us to the underground shelter within her estate. Whatever was going on outside was bothering me. I should be helping Ore and the others fight whoever was behind this.
Yukito must've shared my sentiment as he stopped and turned around. "Artemia, please take care of Koyuki and the kids for me."
His sister-in-law nodded.
Artemia nodded, her expression calm yet resolute. "Of course, Yukito. I'll keep them safe," she assured him, her voice steady despite the distant sounds of the ongoing battle reverberated through the walls.
"Keep Setsuka and Seb safe safe for me too," I said, turning around.
"Gael!" Setsuka said.
I turned around, ready to protest, but Setsuka gave me a hug instead of a scolding. "Take care, okay? Seb and the little one in my belly need you."
"Hamu," Seb said, holding out the toy to me with a solemn nod.
Setsuka and I couldn't help but laugh at how cute he looked.
