Michael's POV
I opened my eyes once again. I didn't find him in front of me or under me, which made me feel pouty. How can he go anywhere without even telling me?! I sat up and looked around, even though I knew he was not in the room because his scent wasn't strong enough in the room like when he was there.
I leaned on the headboard and looked at the clock on the nightstand. "8:59 PM," the clock said. Where could he go at this time?
Suddenly, there was a sound of a hotel card being used to open the door, and I smiled. He was here. His scent made it obvious, but when he came into my view, it made me even happier.
"You are awake. Morning, sunshine." he kept the card and a bag on the table in the middle and walked to the bed. He climbed onto the bed and sat beside him. "How are you feeling?" he caressed my cheek, and I leaned into his touch.
"Better. Where were you?" I almost purred at his touches. He was so gentle and sweet.
"I went down to get your favourite cake to celebrate your victory."
"It isn't a victory till the council brings the pack down."
"It is a victory because you opened up." He wrapped his arms around me and pulled me onto his lap. "You told them the things you never told anyone. Honestly, Xander and I both feel upset that you kicked us out of the room when you decided to tell them everything, but it's fine."
I gave him a sad smile. I know he has the right to know what happened to me, and I knew he and Xander were upset the moment those words came out of my mouth, but that was the only way I could hold him back from trying to kill an already dead person.
"I know," I kept my chin on his chest and looked into his eyes. "Maybe I will keep giving subtle hints of what happened, and if you are smart enough, you will pick them."
He chuckled and nodded, "But why not just tell me?"
"I don't want you to kill an already dead person. You and Xander both will lose your cool, and it won't be worth it because the person is already dead." I pecked his lips. He nodded understanding and pecked my lips back, "Fine. We will have it your way. Subtle hints," I smiled at him.
"Aren't you hungry? You haven't eaten anything since yesterday" I could feel his hands going lower to my ass. He pulled me closer to him.
"I am not that hungry" our dicks were touching. If either of us moved in the slightest, we would be grinding against each other.
"At least eat the celebratory cake," He pulled me closer. He squeezed my ass and my breath hitched.
"Fine. Bring the celebratory cake. I will cut it and eat it," I saw him smirk.
"I will get the cake."
He moved.
Our dicks touched.
Not once, not twice, three times.
I moaned.
He smirked.
