Sabrina looked at Rose as she spoke. "I have question Rose, why do you think Harubis doing this, I have my own conclusion, but what about yours".
Rose looked at her as she spoke. "Simple Haru is training, he to be stronger and Stronger".
Sabrina looked as she spoke. "After the fight with Heatran, and Celedon almost getting destroyed, Haru felt like he couldn't do anything too help, Even do he capture the Pokèmon, it is not like he didn't traine like crazy before, he did just this time he is being more insane".
Sabrina looked as she spoke. "And unlike most trainer he has resources that don't, he is the Johto Champion, he has access to the Elit Four too traine with, and the Gym leader of Johto, then he has people like me and Erika and then there is the Harmonia family and there iteam".
Then they saw Haru sent out his Delta Milotic, as the Dragon/Water type came out it's PokéBall as it looked at Erika's Roserade.
As Haru had called Back his Scizor, as he looked at Erika, as she smiled and looked back him
Rose looked at Sabrina and spoke. "Was he also like this in his past life?"
Sabrina looked at as she spoke. "Kinda, I am supires you don't remember"
Rosa rolled her eyas as she spoke. "Listen, unlike you, Haru, and Erika, I don't remember my Past Life's memory's, not everyone can be that lucky
Sabrina nodded, her tone softening. "True. Memories of the past life can be both a gift and a curse. Sometimes, forgetting is mercy."
Rose crossed her arms. "You say that like remembering makes things better."
Sabrina looked toward the battlefield where Haru stood, completely focused as Delta Milotic coiled elegantly, its powerful presence making the ground itself tense. "It doesn't make them better. But it makes them… clearer. We remember the pain, the victories, the regrets. Haru? He carries all of it. The war, the people he lost, the kingdom he ruled, and the mistakes he made. He fights so hard now not just for power… but because he's afraid of repeating the past."
Rose stayed quiet for a moment, eyes fixed on Haru. "So this is more than training…"
Sabrina nodded. "This is redemption."
Delta Milotic let out a commanding roar, its serpentine body shimmering as rain from earlier battles still fell. Haru raised a hand, eyes glowing faintly with aura. "Let's show them your strength. Aqua Pulse!"
Roserade dodged swiftly, petals shimmering with energy as Erika called out, "Energy Ball, go!"
The two powerful attacks clashed mid-air, exploding in a spiral of water and light, sending wind rushing across the field.
Rose smirked, watching intently. "He really doesn't hold back."
Sabrina smiled slightly, her voice low. "No… because this time, he's trying to protect something more than just himself."
As the battle raged on, it wasn't just about training anymore—this was Haru proving, to the world and to himself, that he could face the storms of fate… and come out stronger.
Rosa then had a grin on hee face as she spoke. "After it is done, I will call him Ethan".
Sabrina blinked as she spoke. "Why, do you wanna call him by his first name?"
She just looked at her as she spoke. "Because it will be fun, after he is done with his Training with Erika, for him to use his first name instead of his middle and then start buffering like Windows 98"
Sabrina blinked as she spoke. "That only came out two years ago, you know that right?"
Sabrina's remark hung in the air for a second, before both of them burst into laughter.
Rose wiped a tear from her eye. "Exactly! That's what makes it even better. The mental image of Haru — no, Ethan — just freezing mid-sentence like some glitched-out PC is gold."
Sabrina giggled. "He'd probably stutter like: 'W-w-wha– why are you—calling—Error 404—identity not found!'"
Rose nodded with mock seriousness. "It's psychological warfare. Throw him off so hard he forgets which region he's Champion of."
Sabrina chuckled again, shaking her head. "You really are chaos incarnate sometimes, you know that?"
Rose smirked with pride. "And you love it."
They turned their attention back to the battlefield, where Haru — or Ethan, depending on the next few minutes — was still completely locked in focus, unaware of the scheme quietly brewing behind him.
Sabrina leaned in, whispering with amusement, "You do realize he might short-circuit for real, right?"
Rose grinned wider. "Then I'll reboot him with a kiss. Simple as that."
As the battle raged on between Haru's Delta Milotic and Erika's Roserade, Rose and Sabrina continued watching from the sidelines, hiding mischievous smirks and trading glances like two conspirators ready to cause emotional devastation.
Haru narrowed his eyes. "Milotic, use Draco Jet!"
With a flash of spiraling water and dragonic energy, Delta Milotic zipped across the field, slamming into Roserade with pinpoint force. The Grass-type tumbled backward but landed gracefully, clearly still capable of fighting.
Erika smiled. "Roserade, Aromatherapy, then Spiky Vines! Let's heal and counter!"
A soft glow enveloped Roserade, refreshing her from the earlier blows, and then thorn-covered vines shot from the ground, wrapping toward Milotic.
Haru smirked. "Rain Dance, now!"
A sudden downpour erupted above them, weakening the effectiveness of the vines. Milotic glowed brighter, thriving in the rain. The water-dragon coiled gracefully, readying another charge.
Rose tilted her head. "You think he noticed we're plotting something?"
Sabrina shook her head. "He's in full Champion Mode right now. You could probably hold up a sign that says 'I'm going to tease you until your soul leaves your body' and he wouldn't blink."
Rose smirked. "Perfect."
She took out her PokéGear and tapped it quickly, preparing a text.
Message to Group Chat:
> Operation: Call Him Ethan goes live in T-minus 3 minutes. Sabrina, stall if he malfunctions. 😎*
Sabrina read it and stifled a laugh. "You're seriously doing it?"
Rose cracked her knuckles dramatically. "Oh, I'm doing it."
After the Match:
Delta Milotic landed its final blow, a powerful Hydro Draco Blast, knocking out Roserade with a dazzling display. Erika gracefully recalled her Pokémon, smiling with pride.
Erika: "You win this round again, Haru. You really are something else."
Haru smiled and exhaled. "Thanks. And your Roserade nearly had me with those traps."
He turned toward the spectators—where chaos was waiting.
Rose walked up casually, arms crossed, then leaned into him with a soft smile and said:
"Good job, Ethan."
Haru blinked as he spoke. "Weird for you not calling me by a middle name but Cool"
Sabrina, standing beside them, had to physically bite her lip to keep from bursting into laughter.
Rose tilted her head, keeping the smug grin plastered across her face. "Oh? Not even a glitch? You sure you're okay, Ethan?"
Haru blinked again, eyes narrowing slightly. "Okay… now it's weird. That's twice. Why do I feel like I'm being set up?"
Sabrina coughed into her hand, failing to contain the giggle. "I mean, would it be so bad if we just… started using your real first name again? It is very classic."
Rose added, dramatic as ever, "Ethan. Champion of Johto. Hero of the Past. Reincarnated legend. Totally doesn't buffer like an old laptop when we call him by his first name."
Haru raised an eyebrow. "You literally just made a reference to Windows 98 yesterday. I knew that wasn't random."
Sabrina held up her hands. "Hey, don't look at me. I'm just a humble psychic who totally didn't help coordinate Operation Buffer."
Haru pinched the bridge of his nose with a sigh. "You two are the worst."
Rose leaned in and kissed his cheek. "And yet, you love us."
Haru grumbled. "Unfortunately, yes."
Then he paused.
"But seriously, if I start lagging like an old PokéGear from now on every time you say 'Ethan,' I'm blaming you."
Sabrina smirked. "That's fair. Just remember—we do it out of love."
As the trio laughed, Erika rejoined them, wiping her forehead from the battle's intensity. "Did I miss something?"
Rose turned to her with a wicked grin. "We just reminded Ethan who he really is."
Erika blinked. "Oh. You called him by his real name, didn't you?"
Haru groaned. "It's going to be a thing now, isn't it?"
All three girls, in perfect harmony:
"Yup."
Erika looked at Haru as she spoke. "So, why didn't you react like Buffering Computer".
Haru just looked at all them, as he spoke. "Because Whitney already had done that before, so that's why".
Sabrina blinked. "Wait… Whitney beat us to it?"
Haru rolled his eyes as he spoke. "She's my childhood friend what did you guys expect".
Rose just groned as she spoke. "We are never gonna beat this girl as the no. 1 girl in his harem are we?".
Erika sighed, folding her arms as she pouted. "Of course it's always the childhood friend. They always have unfair advantages like 'years of emotional bonding' and 'shared embarrassing stories.'"
Sabrina crossed her arms too, tapping her foot with mock irritation. "So she got the glitch reaction and we didn't? That's just—"
Haru interrupted, raising a hand with a flat expression. "She called me Ethan when I was half-asleep, right after a battle, and during a fever. My brain didn't buffer—it blue-screened. You all should be thankful I'm still functional."
Rose blinked. "Wait. She hit you with the triple debuff?"
Haru nodded. "Yeah. She even followed it up with, 'Aw, Ethan, you're so cute when you can't talk properly.'"
All three girls groaned in unison.
Sabrina threw her hands in the air. "She's weaponizing his vulnerability!"
Rose facepalmed. "That's not fair. That's like using a Master Ball on a wild Bidoof. There's no honor in it!"
Erika muttered, "We're fighting a boss battle and she already has maxed affection points."
Haru just sipped his drink and mumbled, "You all could just… not compete?"
All three turned to him slowly.
"Absolutely not," they said in perfect sync.
Haru coughed into his hand. "Yeah… didn't think so."
Erika sighed again, this time with more mischief than annoyance. "Fine. Childhood friend has the early lead, but the game isn't over."
Sabrina smiled sweetly—too sweetly. "Just wait until I start using baby photos."
Rose's eyes lit up. "I have so many prank ideas for the next time he buffers."
Haru stared at the sky with a deadpan expression. "Why do I feel like this is my punishment for past life sins?"
Suicune, sipping tea nearby, raised her cup. "Because it is."
And with that, the chaos resumed… as usual.
Later that night, Haru sat on the edge of the guestroom bed, the soft glow of his PokéGear screen illuminating his face. On the screen, Professor Elm appeared, seated in his cluttered lab, half-buried in data reports and Poké Balls.
Elm spoke with a tired but excited tone.
"Whitney and Silver have been doing great. With Entei's assistance, they've managed to locate and catalog a few more Delta Pokémon across Johto. Most of them are stable enough to be safely observed."
Haru nodded.
"That's good news. The more we understand them, the better we can handle them."
Elm's expression shifted slightly, the joy giving way to concern.
"Yes… but there's something odd. Despite all the progress, they haven't found a single Delta Dragon-type. Not even a trace."
Haru blinked.
"No Dragon-types at all? That's... unusual. Delta forms have been found across almost every type so far."
Elm nodded, serious now.
"Exactly. It's not just statistically strange — it's biologically concerning. Dragon-types, especially Delta ones, would naturally stand out. They're powerful, hard to hide. The fact that we've seen none could mean one of two things: either they don't exist… or someone is deliberately hiding them."
Haru leaned forward, voice low.
"You think someone might already be collecting or controlling them?"
Elm sighed.
"It's a possibility. Silver suspects that someone else may be tracking them — a third party not affiliated with the League or Team Rocket remnants."
Haru muttered.
"Team Galactic..."
Elm's brows furrowed.
"I was afraid you'd say that. Their activity in Sinnoh is picking up. Cynthia sent us a quiet warning last week — they're digging deep into ancient myths again."
Haru rubbed his forehead.
"And if Delta Dragon-types are tied to any of the older legends… then that makes them a high-priority target."
Elm nodded gravely.
"Exactly. If they're as powerful as we theorize, someone could be trying to awaken or weaponize them."
Haru's voice was firm.
"Then I'll start looking too. I'll call Lance. Dragon-types are his specialty. If anyone can help us find them — or sense them — it's him."
Elm smiled slightly.
"Good. Keep me updated, Haru. Be careful — these aren't just strange Pokémon. They may be keys to something much larger than any of us understand."
Haru gave a nod, the screen dimming as the call ended.
He sat in silence for a moment, staring at the PokéGear.
He whispered to himself.
"Delta Dragons... Who's hiding you… and why?"
From the hallway, a soft knock.
Erika's voice.
"Haru? You alright?"
He glanced up and smiled faintly.
"Yeah… Just got more work to do."
Later that night, Haru stepped out of his room, the weight of the conversation with Professor Elm still fresh in his mind. He made his way down the hallway and stopped outside Sabrina's room, hesitating for only a moment before raising his hand to knock.
Knock. Knock.
The door slid open with practiced quiet, revealing Sabrina in a loose psychic meditation robe, her eyes glowing faintly before dimming as she turned toward him.
"Yes, Haru?" she asked, her tone calm but curious.
Haru scratched the back of his head. "Uh... just wanted to ask something. About that kid you mentioned—Lucas. The one you saw in the vision who defeats Team Galactic."
Sabrina blinked.
"Yes. I've already told you. He's six years old currently."
Haru looked at her, his voice uncertain. "Yeah, about that... can you check again? I have a weird feeling. I want to know for sure if he's still that age. Specifically, is he going to be thirteen when he stops Team Galactic?"
Sabrina frowned.
"Haru, I don't see the point in rechecking the future for something trivial—"
Her sentence stopped cold as her aura flared—eyes glowing violently violet. The lights in the hallway flickered slightly from the sheer pressure of her psychic focus. But then… it faltered. Her expression turned pale.
"Fuck."
Haru blinked. That wasn't a word he often heard from her.
"What's wrong?"
Sabrina grit her teeth, massaging her temple. "A problem with Future Vision. It's not like watching a movie… it's like feeling layers of time bleeding together. And when you overuse it, you lose track of what counts as 'present.' What I saw before… wasn't accurate anymore."
Haru took a step forward, more serious now.
"So what's the actual age of this kid, Lucas?"
Sabrina exhaled through her nose, clearly irritated—at the universe more than anything.
"He's not six. He's twelve. Which means—"
Haru's eyes widened.
"Which means he's going to start his journey next year."
Sabrina nodded.
"And Team Galactic's timeline just became a countdown. If the boy is destined to stop them at thirteen… then the events leading to that final confrontation are going to start very soon."
Haru's jaw clenched.
"So we're running out of time faster than we thought."
Sabrina, still trying to shake off the aftershocks of temporal feedback, added in a grim tone:
**"And there's something else… now that I've recalibrated my vision—I didn't see him fighting Team Galactic."
Haru looked at her sharply.
"What do you mean?"
Sabrina closed her eyes.
"I saw him leading the charge… and he's not alone."
Haru sighed as he spoke. "I hate evil Team"
Sabrina gave a tired chuckle, crossing her arms as she leaned against the doorway.
"You're not the only one. But the multiverse seems to have a quota for them."
Meanwhile in Hoenn as Ash looked in the Sky, he saw the stars, as Pikachu was next to him. As he couldn't sleep, he went to see the starts
Diamond who also couldn't sleep, came out her tent, as as she was with May, as she saw her boyfriend just looking at Stars. "What's wrong Ash?".
Ash looked at her as he blinked. "Just a weird felling, that next year.... It's gonna be hectic".
Diamond walked closer and sat beside him, pulling her jacket tighter around her shoulders as the breeze carried the scent of the Hoenn forest. Pikachu gave her a soft greeting chirp, then settled quietly between the two.
"Hectic, huh?" she asked softly, gazing at the same stars. "Is this one of those 'future hero instincts' talking, or just your gut?"
Ash leaned back, propping himself on his hands as he stared up. "I dunno… It's like… there's something huge coming. Not just a tournament or another evil team. Something… bigger. Like we're all being pulled toward something we don't even understand yet."
Diamond looked at him as she spoke. "Just go to sleep, we will talk about this tomorrow"
Then Diamond whispered, "No matter what happens, Ash... you won't face it alone. Got it?"
Ash smiled gently, reaching over to gently squeeze her hand.
"Got it."
From the treetops, a silent figure watched the two—Raikou in her human form—arms crossed, yellow hair glowing faintly under the moonlight.
She gave a faint smirk.
"Yeah… storm's coming alright."
