Chapter 34 - Chapter 34: Total Drama Drama Drama Drama Island Part 2

"Last time on Total Drama Island," Chris began the recap while sitting on a lawn chair in Playa Des Losers, a fruity drink in his hands. "The campers were enjoying a week of luxury at the Losers Resort, having as much fun as they could with the friends they made over the summer before they were about too head home tomorrow. Lincoln taught Harold how to have game with the ladies, Izzy's still royally P'oed at Owen, Katie doesn't seem to fall for Justin's charms anymore, and Duncan was dancing with a giant check in one hand, and a smokin' hot GF in the other. But then yours truly presented a challenge to him and all the other losers. Give up the 100 G's to try and win One. Million. Dollars! In the end Duncan went for it and him and all the other campers teamed up for to find the prize! All except Heather who is forced to go it alone because…well, she's Heather. And after three hours of searching, TDI's number one couple was able to find the briefcase and began making their way to the Dock of Shame and claim their prize."

"Uh, Chris, why you recapping all that?" Chef asked with a raised brow as he sat down next to Chris with a plate of hotdogs in his hands. "That all just happened!"

"It's called hyping things up, get with the program man!" Chris pointed out as Chef rolled his eyes before looking to the monitors they were using to keep an eye on the campers. Chris then cleared his throat before looking to the camera again. "Will Dawn and Lincoln keep the case? Will Ezekiel keep his promise to respect woman? Will it turn out that Katie isn't in the same ball park as her best friend? And more importantly, who will win the one million dollars? Find out now, on Total. Drama. Island!"

Lincoln and Dawn panted as they ran as fast as they could through the woods. Lincoln gripped the case tighter then he's ever gripped anything before in his life so they wouldn't lose it. He couldn't believe, in his hands was more money then Lincoln's ever held in his life, and if he and Dawn were able to keep it then it would all be theirs. "Is this the way back to camp?" Lincoln asked as he turned a single eye to Dawn, making sure to keep one eye forward so he didn't accidentally trip or run into anything. "We kinda just started running as soon as we got the case."

"Don't worry, I know these woods perfectly by now!" Dawn reassured Lincoln with a smile as she ran a head of him a bit in order to properly lead the way. "Just follow me and I'll have us back in camp in no time!"

"That's my awesome girlfriend!" Lincoln complimented with a grin, making Dawn blush a bit before she shook her head to focus and lead the way. "Million dollars here come!"

"Attention Campers!" Chris's voice was once again heard throughout the island. "The case has been found, I repeat the case has been found! It is currently with this Islands dynamic duo, trio if you count the playtpus, and heading back to camp!"

After hearing Chris blatantly call them out, the couple stopped in their tracks and looked up in frustration. "Brbrbrbr!" Edward yelled out angrily in Dawn's arm.

"Crap." Lincoln let out with a huff. And just like that, they had a giant target on their back and everyone would be hunting them down. If they ran into anyone he at least could have tried to hide the case and lie. "Should have known he would have done something like that,"

"It is Chris after all," Dawn sighed out before putting on a determined look. "Ok, new strategy. We have to be stealthy and try sneaking through the woods, everyone's gonna be on the path leading back to camp now so we'll have to take the long way there. What's important is that we don't get caught."

"Uh, little late for that actually." A new voice spoke up making Dawn, Lincoln, and Edward flinch. Turning around, the couple and their platypus saw the group of Owen, Cody, Tyler, and DJ standing behind them. Both Owen and Tyler had fierce looks on their faces, Cody had his eyes narrowed, and DJ was looking hesitant. After a moment of awkward silence, Tyler spoke up. "We're gonna be needing that case bro."

"Crap…" Lincoln cursed as he and Dawn stayed closed together.

With the group of Justin, Katie, and Sadie, the former was still taking the lead as the two besties behind him were taking a break from oogling Justin, more specifically Sadie was taking a break much to Katie's relief, and were just talking about anything that came to mind. "Oh! And there was that time when you went into the boy's washroom by mistake and totally froze up!" Katie brought up the story of when Sadie desperately needed to pee and didn't bother looking at the sign of the bathroom she went into. "Remember, in the 6th grade?"

"Oh my gosh yeah!" Sadie laughed as she remembered that moment as clear as day. She used to be super embarrassed by it but by now she could look back on it and laugh. "I'll never forget that!"

"And I had to come in and drag you out," Katie giggled a bit, happy to reminiscence about old events rather then watching Sadie continue to fawn over Justin. But as they talked neither noticed how Justin's eye began twitching. "I just still can't believe no one caught us."

"It was the first time I ever saw a urinal!" Sadie giggled, and before either could speak up again-

"Ok you know what!" Justin briefly snapped before pulling himself together. That settles it, these two chicks have got to go. Normally he liked people fawning over him but for some reason only one of them was and then they started talking on and on about random annoying nonsense and he quickly reached his limit. "Heh…I…really, really, have to go to the bathroom. Um, why don't you two go wait in the cave so I can have some privacy."

"Okay!" Both girls said in unison, but in different ways. Sadie smiled brightly and rapidly nodded her head while Katie put on a neutral look and shrugged before they went into the nearby cave to wait for Justin to do his business.

"Isn't he the sweetest?" Sadie gushed as the best friends entered the cave. "Most guys would have totally just went in front of us."

"I dunno…" Katie rubbed the back of her neck. To her it felt like Justin was just looking for an excuse to split from them, his words did seem rather forced. "I think he was just trying to ditch us or something,"

"Oh come on Justin wouldn't do that," Sadie reassured her best friend was they sat down on a rock inside of the cave. "He's way to sweet,"

"Uh-huh…" Katie rolled her eyes. Sweet wasn't really the word she'd use to describe Justin.

CONFESSIONAL – JUSTIN

"I am going to lose it! Seriously, if I have to hang around those two for much longer I'll throw myself off the cliff." Justin let out in a frustrated tone before looking to the camera and smirking. "But Lincoln has the case huh? Ya know I've been looking to get back at him since the finale. No one, and I mean no one, ruins my complexion with paintballs the way he did. He'll pay for that."

Lincoln and Dawn were stuck in place as they Owen, Tyler, Cody, and DJ stood in front of them ready to stop them if they took it. It felt like a wild west showdown where one itty bitty movement could cause a big shoot off. Both parties were silent and merely stared each other down. After a few moments, Cody spoke up. "Hand over the case Lincoln!" Cody yelled as he narrowed his eyes at the white head. "It's four against two!"

"I think you mean five," Owen said as he held up Mr. Coconut.

"Brbrbrbr!" Edward let out in response as he glared at the four guys and rose up one of his arms, exposing the ankle bard hidden under it and making all the guys flinch.

"Uh, and it looks like they got three," Owen gulped as held onto Mr. Coconut tightly. "And that third has venom!"

"Yeah that's right!" Lincoln grinned as the white head looked on the ground and picked up a big stick that was by his feet and was ready to use it to defend the million dollars. "We found the case fair and square and we're not giving it up without a fight!"

"Wait, hold on!" DJ yelled out as he stepped up to Lincoln. Lincoln rose his stick to get ready to defend himself, but DJ rose up his hands to show he meant no harm. "We don't need to fight! Look, Lincoln, why don't you just share the money with us?"

"What?!" DJ's group yelled only for the big guy to shush him.

"Split it?" Lincoln repeated as he looked at the case for a moment before looking towards DJ again. "DJ…you're a close friend of mine. And you've helped me through a lot. But…this is million freaking dollars!"

"I know but come on dude," DJ continued to try and persuade Lincoln. He know why Lincoln was hesitant, he put it best himself it was a million big ones, but he know he could reach out to Lincoln's generous side. "There's plenty to go around. Even split between the 6 of us we still get more then the initial 100 grand!"

"Seven!" Owen again corrected as he held up his fruity pal.

"I'm not splitting my money with a coconut," Tyler whispered to Cody who nodded in response.

"…..Hmmmmm…" Lincoln actually seemed to consider this now. It was true, they would all still get more then 100,000 thousand dollars and while getting $500,000 from splitting it with Dawn would be nice, he realistically didn't need that much money.

"Please man?" DJ could see he was getting through to Lincoln and kept it up. "Remember all the good times we had?"

Lincoln was silent as he continued to think hard about this. Just then he felt a gentle hand gently touching his should. "Hey," Dawn looked up at him with a reassuring smile. "Whatever you decide I'll support it, promise."

DJ grinned at Dawn's words, especially as Lincoln seemed to come to a decision. "Well I guess-"

CHOMP!

"OW!" But suddenly Edward leapt out of Dawn's arms and the Platypus proceeded to bit Lincoln in the arm making the Loud boy drop the case. "Edward what the heck?!"

But the platypus didn't answer. Instead once the case was on the ground, he quickly grabbed the handle with his bill and began waddling away as fast as he could.

"GET THAT PLATYPUS!" Tyler yelled as the six of them began chasing after Edward.

"Edward you are in so much trouble young man!" Dawn yelled out to the platypus who continued to make off with case.

CONFESSIONAL – LINCOLN

"Seriously, what is a platypus gonna do with a million dollars?" A baffled Lincoln asked the camera.

With the group of Gwen, Trent, Leshawna, and Harold, Trent and Harold were currently tying a toboggan to the end of Gwen's DATV so they would all use it to drive around the island in pursuit of the case. From Chris' previous announcement it was obvious that Lincoln and Dawn had found the suitcase so they needed to find it and swipe it from them. "Attention campers!" Chris began speaking to everyone again causing the group of four to look up. "The case is now in the possession of Heather's best friend! Hahaha!"

Gwen, Trent, Leshawna, and Harold all looked over each other in confusion. Heather and the term best friend went together like oil and water. "So…it's with nonexistence?" Gwen couldn't help but crack a joke.

"Ha, good one girl," Leshawna and the others laughed as the guys finished off tying the toboggan to the DATV. Harold and Leshawna sat down on the toboggan with Gwen getting in the drivers seat with Trent sitting right behind it. Taking off, the four just decided to speed around the island in search for the case and hopefully they'd be able to snatch it from whoever had it.

Back with Edward, the platypus somehow managed to lose everyone in pursuit of him and had the briefcase firmly in his bill. He loved Lincoln and Dawn, he truly did, but no way was he gonna let them split the million dollars 6 different ways! Even an animal like him knew the value of something like this, the two would thank him for this later when he reached the dock and secured the money for them.

BAM!

"BRBRBRBRB!" But suddenly Edward was hit hard by something that sent him back a bit as well as causing him to let go of the case. Getting up and ignoring the pain, Edward look forward and let out a growl, standing in front of him with an oar in her hands was Heather who was grinning evily at the semi-aquatic family. "Brbrbrbr…"

"As soon as Chris made that stupid joke I knew immediately who had the case," Heather gripped the oar threatening as Edward stood his ground, looking back and see the case was on the edge of the river, one push threatening to send it into the water. "So here's how this is gonna go, you can give me the case nice and easy or I turn you into a new purse! What's it going to be?"

"…" Edward narrowed his eyes at Heather, both parties daring the other to make a move. The semi-aquatic mammal cracked his neck as Heather slammed the oar down on the ground a couple times, showing she wasn't afraid to use it again. The tension was thick enough to cut it with a knife, and for a moment all that could be heard was the howling wind and the rushing water of the river. Edward scratched the ground a couple times with his webbed feet as if he was about to charge with Heather gripping the oar tightly ready to fight back against the platypus…only to watch him make a 180 and turn right around.

SPLASH!

Heather gasped as Edward push the case into the water and jump into the river himself with it. "No!" Heather gasped before ditching her weapon and diving into the water herself to go after the platypus. "You are not getting away!"

Edward grinned as he grabbed the handle again and began swimming up the river full speed. With the current helping him he was making great distance and would lose Heather in no time. Or so he thought. Suddenly Edward's eyes widened as he felt something grabbed onto his tail and tug on hit hard. Looking back, the platypus gasped in surprise as he saw Heather had actually caught up to him and was smiling evilly while under the water.

CONFESSIONAL – HEATHER

"I'm an excellent swimmer," Heather bragged with a proud and smug looking smile. People always called her out for being lazy and talentless but she knew better, she could really pick up speed in the water. "My mom said it was like I had webbed feet, and I proceeded to chuck her birthday gift I got for her in the lake we were vacationing at during then. The coach of the swim team even offered to give me a spot a few times but I refused. Sure it would be fun showing those other losers whose the fastest in the water but all those people watching me with wet hair during competitions or wearing one of those old lady swim caps? No way!" Heather then put on a sour look as she rubbed her bald head. "Not that I have to worry about either any more…"

Both Heather and Edward grunted as they played a game of under water tug-a-war with the case. Both refusing to loosen their grip. Heather tried her best to shaking Edward off the money but the Platypus proved to have a strong grip with their bill, and having a tail to aid him with pulling away was certainly aiding the platypus. Plus there was another thing, air. Yeah Heather was a great swimmer but she, like any human, needed air and there's no way she could hold her breath longer then a platypus.

And she was starting to need air, but she would need to let go of the case to do that. It seemed Edward knew that to as he was keeping them at the bottom of the river to prevent Heather from going up for air without letting go. But the bald girl quickly thought of an idea and grinned wickedly as she stuck out two fingers and proceeded to poke both of Edward's eyes. This did the trick as the platypus retracted away in pain, causing him to let go off the breath case.

Wasting no time, Heather brought the case into her arms and swam up to the surface. "YES!" Heather cheered before taking a few deep breaths of sweet, sweet air. "It's…mine! The money is all mine! Suck it losers!"

CHOMP!

"AH!" Heather let out as Edward let out of the water and bite down on Heather's arm. Despite the pain the bald girl pulled through it and held onto the case. No way she was gonna lose it after just getting it back. "You are not taking this away from me you deformed beaver!"

"Brbrbrb!" Edward growled as he kept a grip on Heather's arm, refusing to let up. Heather continued to shake her arm as hard as she could as she rose the money up high to keep it away from the platypus.

Zooooooooooom…

"Huh?" Suddenly Heather and Edward stopped as they heard the sound of a motor in the distance, and it was getting louder. "What's that?"

ZoooooooOOOOOOOOOM!

Looking forward, both gasped as they saw approaching them at high speeds was Gwen, Trent, Harold, and Leshawna, approaching them with Gwen driving her DATV on the water with Trent having his arms around his girlfriend and Harold and Leshawna gripping the toboggan they were on tightly so they didn't get flung off as Gwen sped up. "There it is!" Gwen yelled out as she pointed to Heather and the case. "Heather's got it!"

"We're coming for you Heather!" Leshawna grinned madly, looks like she'd be getting more payback on Heather sooner then later. "Charge!"

"No!" Heather let out as her eyes widened in worry. But Edward kept his grip as she tried to swim away as fast as she could while holding onto the cast. "You are not taking this away from me!"

But as good a swimmer as she was, she had no hope of outspeeding a motor vehicle. When Gwen and her group was approaching, Heather tried to dive underwater to avoid them but with Edward attached to her she wasn't as fast as it could be. So when the goth girls group passed her multiple hands reached out for the case with Harold managed to grab it and take it from Heather. "I got it!" Harold cheer as he brought the case up to his chest.

"Whoo! Way to go baby!" Leshawna yelled out and, out of complete impulse, gave Harold a kiss on the cheek causing the ginger nerd to smile giddily.

"Way to go man!" Trent sent Harold a thumbs up, for multiple reasons, before looking forward at Gwen. "Alright Gwen take us back to camp!"

"Aye Aye captain!" Gwen said with the goth sporting a large smile now. "Woohoo!"

"NOOOOO!" Heather shouted out as she emerged from the water after Gwen's team made a U-Turn to go back the way they came, the goth girls team already too far for her to try and catch up. Raising her arm, Heather went red with anger as she glared at Edward. "You! You just cost me a million dollars! You are so de-"

Pierce!

But Heather was cut off as she felt a familiar sting on her arm. Just like before, Edward had stabbed his ankle barb into Heather before quickly letting go of her and diving into the water. "No! No, no, no! Not again!" Heather yelled out in panic, but she was already feeling the effects of the platypus venom. "Not again! Not…again…not….a….gain…." And just like that, Heather went limb in the river and was floating off in the direction of the current.

Don't worry, she was face up.

"We got the million! We got the million!" Gwen, Trent, Leshawna, and Harold all cheered as they continued to drive down the river to head back to camp the way they came. With the transpiration they had, there was no way of anyone catching up with them. But in their excitement, when they came across a split in the river Gwen accidentally went left instead of right like where they came from.

"Looks like I'm gonna be a winner after all!" Gwen grinned before looking out. "Harold keep a good grip on that case!"

"Yes ma'am!" Harold nodded his head and kept one arm firmly around the case while using his other to hang onto the toboggan. But looking forward, the ginger gasped in alarm before shouting out. "Dam!"

"Hey what's with the language man?" Trent ask as their team gave Harold strange looks. "We're winning!"

"No! A dam!" Harold shouted again as he pointed forward. "Look!"

Everyone looked forward and soon saw why Harold was so worried. There was a beaver dam in front of them and they were coming up to it fast! "That wasn't there before!" Leshawna shouted as she looked at Gwen. "I think you made a wrong turn Gwen!"

"I think so!" Gwen yelled out before quickly hitting the breaks. But at the speed they were going their momentum plus the flow of the river was keeping them from slowing down as they continued to approach the dam. "Uh-oh!"

"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!"

CRASH!

The four proceeded to crash right into the beaver damn. Sticks and logs of wood went flying in all directions as they four teenagers either landed in the water or on the remains of the damn with the DATV now floating on its side and the toboggan being flung onto shore. "Ooooow…" Trent let out as he rose his head up. He just can't escape injury on this show. "Everyone alive?"

"I think so…" Gwen groaned as she swam back to shore. "Leshawna?"

"Yeah, I'm good." Leshawna said as she pushed a bunch of wood off of her. "Harold, you good baby?"

"I think so…" Harold let out in a daze. But he quickly recovered as he realized something important. "Oh no! The case! It's gone!"

"Aw man!" Trent let out as everyone quickly searched the remains of the dam for it only to come up fruitless. "Crap, it must have gotten swept up by the river!"

"We gotta get back on the water!" Gwen yelled out as everyone quickly went to go get the DATV on straight.

With Lindsay, Beth, and Ezekiel, the trio was currently searching along the shoreline for the case only for their search to come up dry with Beth looking rather frustrated. "Ugh, how are we supposed to find it?" Beth let out with an annoyed sigh. "With Heather's best friend? Heather doesn't have any friends!"

"Maybe Chris was being sarcastic eh?" Ezekiel pitched only for Lindsay to shrug in response.

"Attention campers!" Once again Chris' voice echoed through the loud speakers causing everyone to look up. "The case is wet! I repeat! The case is wet!"

"The case is wet?" Lindsay smiled and clapped her hands. Now that was a hint she could work with. "Quick! Everyone in the water!"

Everyone quickly followed Lindsay as she went into the lake. "Wicked strategizing Lindsay!" Ezekiel complimented the blond as the trio quickly began looking around for any signs of the briefcase. And just their luck, coming in from the river was none other then the briefcase that drifted right up to the trio. "There it is! It's the case eh!"

"Oh my gosh we did it!" Lindsay squealed as she grabbed the case with Beth and Ezekiel cheering. "We get to split the million!"

"This is the best thing that's ever happened to me!" Beth jumped up and down and clapped her hands in excitement as she looked at her two partners. "So what are you two gonna do with you 3333,333 dollars and 33 cents?"

"Is that enough to buy a country?" Lindsay asked with the tilt of her head.

Beth was about to open her mouth to answer, but Ezekiel beat her to it. "Yeah." The home school boy nodded as Beth deadpanned at him. "But just a small one eh,"

"France is small right?" Lindsay asked with Ezekiel again nodding his head causing Beth to face palm in response. "Eeeeee! Then I am so becoming the Queen of France!"

Zip!

Suddenly, right as Lindsay rose the case up in victory, a fishhook flew by and hooked itself to the handle of the case. Before any of the three could react, the line attached to the case pulled back causing the case to instantly to be pulled from Lindsay's hands. "Wow!" Lindsay let out in wonder as Ezekiel and Beth's jaw's dropped from losing the case. "It's a flying case!"

It of course wasn't a flying case and the one who successfully hooked the case and was reeling it in was Duncan with Courtney right behind him cheering him on…in her own Courtney way of course. "Come on! Put some muscle into it!" Courtney yelled at her boyfriend as Duncan grunted and tried to reel the case in fast. "Spin that reel!"

"Can it sister!" Duncan yelled back. Sure usually he found it hot whenever Courtney got like this, but now really wasn't the time while he was trying to focus on reeling in a million big ones. "I'm reeling as fast as I can!"

But right as the case was approaching them, emerging from the water was an alligator of all things that promptly ate the brief case in one gulp. "W-What the hell?!" Courtney let out as she and Duncan put on shocked looks at the sight. "That alligator just ate our briefcase!"

"What are alligators doing in Muskoka!?" Duncan let out before face palming as the answer came to him. "Right, Chris…"

"Well we don't just stand there!" Courtney yelled out before gesturing to the gator. "Go get the money back!"

Duncan nodded before cracking his neck and knuckles before diving into the water right at the alligator. The two began wrestling constantly dunking in and out of the water as Duncan tried to get the reptile to cough of the case. And eventually the delinquent got the alligator into a hold and squeezed him a few before and managed to get the reptile to barf of the case. "Yes! You did it!" Courtney cheered as she picked up the case, forgetting that it was just in an alligator's stomach, and hugged her boyfriend as he returned to shore. "My hero!"

"Eh I'm had tougher girlfriends then him, and uglier," Duncan bragged as he and Courtney walked away with the spoils of his battle. But suddenly Duncan felt a sharp pain in his ankle as he fell to the ground and grasped his foot in pain. "Ah! Crap! My ankle! I think I sprained it!"

"Duncan!" Courtney looked down at her boyfriend in concern. "Are you ok?!"

"I don't think I can walk on it!" Duncan grunted in pain. "You're gonna have to help me!"

"That'll severely slow us down!" Courtney stated. Sure she hated herself a bit for it but this was the smarter option if they wanted to win. "I'll get the case to the dock first, don't worry I'll still split it with you and get help when I've secured our win!"

"Wait you're just gonna leave me here?!" Duncan yelled out to her as Courtney began to run away. "I just wrestled an alligator for us!"

"I told you I'll come back when I make sure we win!" Courtney reassured him causing Duncan to groan a bit, but he still smiled. He couldn't stay angry at his girl, and she did have a point. "Trust us this competition is-"

THUD!

And then Izzy suddenly fell on top of her.

"Oh wow!" Izzy let out as she picked up the case after Courtney dropped it. "That was lucky! Hahah, well except for your head. Eva! Noah! I got it!"

Duncan frowned as Eva and Noah passed by him with him being unable to do anything about it thanks to his ankle. Seeing this, Noah couldn't help but taunt the delinquent a little bit. "So, your girlfriend turned on you huh?" Noah smirked down at Duncan who quickly bore a pissed off look. "Hate to see that happen. But you feel like a loser about now huh? Less of a man~"

"Enough of a man to take your head off geek!" Duncan reached and managed to grab Noah's pants. Noah quickly dropped the smugness and began panicking and managed to free himself by ditching his pants before he ran away screaming. "Yeah that's right! And the second I can walk again you're butts mine Noah!"

As Noah ran away a dazed Courtney walked up to Duncan while rubbing her head. "Ugh…where did they go?" Courtney groaned out.

"Oh I'm not sure honey," While Duncan wasn't too mad about the whole thing he was certainly gonna show some attitude."

"Noah!" They heard the voice Eva shouting in the distance as Courtney fully recovered. "Hurry up!"

"Hey!" Courtney was quickly back on the war path as she ran in the direction Izzy and her team ran off in. "Get back here with our money!"

"I love that woman." Duncan grinned as he watched his girlfriend charge forward. Yep, can't stay mad at that.

Back with Katie and Sadie, the two were still in the cave Justin told them to wait in. After ten minutes Katie tried to convince Sadie they should leave and try and find the money on their own but Sadie continued to insist that Justin would be back for them. "I'm telling you he abandoned us!" Katie yelled, trying to get through to her best friend that the handsome team ditched them. "We've been here for, like, half an hour! No one, not even Owen goes to the bathroom that long!"

"He would never abandoned us!" But Sadie was proving to be stubborn about this causing Katie to let out a breath of pure frustration. "Besides, he has a crush on me!"

"What?!" Katie let out in a shocked tone. So the thing she takes away from all this, Justin's egotism and him blatantly ditching them in a cave, was that Justin had a crush on her. "Says who?!"

"The magic square!" Sadie pointed out as she pulled out a magic square she made. "I've used it multiple times and each time it said Justin has a crush on me!"

"Sadie, you're my best friend and you know I love you," For some reason Katie felt her heart skip a beat when she said that to Katie. "But just because the magic square says something doesn't make it true! He told us to wait in this cave so he could ditch us, he's not coming back!"

Sadie began glaring at Katie and as she put her hands on her shoulders Sadie quickly pulled away. "No he didn't! Justin would never! You're only saying that because you're jealous he has a crush on me and not you!" Sadie accused making Katie gasp and put on a hurt look in response to her BFFFL's words. "That's it! We're done as friends!"

Katie watched as Sadie got up from the rock they were sitting on and stormed out of the cave. "F-Fine!" Katie tried not to break down from Sadie's words and got up and began storming off in the exact same direction. "If that's how it is!"

Back with Izzy's team, the trio were running in the direction of camp with Noah struggling to keep up. Didn't help he was running in his boxers now. Thankfully they managed to lose Courtney but it was clear Noah was running on fumes now. "You run, like a girl," Eva pointed out to Noah, showing no signs of fatigue at all.

"Sorry, left my roids back at the gym," Noah breathed out with his trademarked sarcasm.

"I'm thinking of changing my name!" Izzy just randomly brought up as she held onto the case tightly. "Yeah! To Kaleidoscope! Isn't that pretty? You can call me E-Scope for short!"

CAW!

Catching all three off guard, an eagle suddenly dived down the trio and swiped the case away from E-Scops hands before flying up into the sky. All three stopped in their tracks as they put on shocked looks and tried to comprehend what just happened. "Uh, did an eagle just steal the money?" Noah asked as he rubbed his eyes.

And he was right, an eagle did steal the case. The bird in question flew through the air for a bit before descending down again, dropping the case into the hands of Dawn before perching on her arm. "Thank you so much, I really appreciate the help," Dawn thanked the eagle and petted his head, getting a delightful chirp from it before it flew away again. Dawn waved it goodbye before holding it close to her. "Now to meet back up with Lincoln,"

"Sorry, but I think there might be a change of plans." Dawn narrowed her eyes before turning around and seeing none other then Justin standing behind her. "Dawn, give me the case."

"Not happening," Dawn gripped the briefcase tightly, no way she was gonna give it to a pretty boy like him. "There's no way I'm handing the case over to you,"

"I…didn't wanna have to do this. But…" Justin smirked as he took off his shirt and exposed to shirtless body to Dawn expecting that to instantly swoon her…but when Justin looked he saw Dawn was merely looking at him with an unamused look. "Seriously? Nothing." Dawn merely shakes her head causing Justin to become shocked. "But….But how?! I'm absolutely perfectly gorgous!"

"On the outside maybe," Dawn shrugged before glaring and pointing at Justin. "But your aura is a very ugly shade of greenish-brown."

CONFESSIONAL – DAWN

There's more to a person then just looks." Dawn stated firmly before putting on a lovestruck look. "Lincoln on the other hand~ Hehehehe~"

"Tch, can't reason with crazy," Justin muttered as he put his shirt back on. "It doesn't matter. I'm still taking that case from you. I know you're a pacifist."

"I know," Dawn nodded her head before smirking smugly and pointing behind Justin. "But he's not~"

"Who?" Justin asked before-

BONK!

With a quickly blow to the head with a branch, Justin was knocked out cold by none other then Lincoln. "That's for threatening my girl!" Lincoln yelled out the unconscious male model with a pissed off look.

"Hehe, my hero~" Dawn gushed as she walked up to Lincoln and gave him a kiss to the cheek to help calm him down. "Come on, let's get this to the dock now!"

"Don't have to tell me twice!" Lincoln grinned as he and Dawn took off.

CONFESSIONAL – JUSTIN

Using a mirror, Justin explained the lump that ruined his perfect sculpted head caused by Lincoln whacking him with a branch. "Oh that is it," Justin growled as he began gripping his mirror tightly. "Snowball is going to pay!" Justin's grip then broke the mirror off its handle.

Lincoln and Dawn continued to run back towards camp and things seemed to point to them winning, until. "RAAAAAAAAAHHH!" A figure ended up tackling Dawn to the ground. Lincoln gasped in concern as Dawn looked up and her eyes widened in fear as she saw it was Heather, wet and covered in muk, dirt, and plant life, and had a murderous look in her eyes. "Your stupid (BLEEP)ing platypus stung me again! This money is mine!"

"Get off her!" Lincoln tackled Heather and tried to pin her down, but the anger coursing through Heather was making her stronger so Lincoln was having a hard time pinning her down. "Dawn! I can't hold her off for long! Run for it!"

"No!" Heather yelled as she tried lunging at Dawn again only for Lincoln to grab her ankles.

"No! I'm not leaving you!" Dawn let out, refusing to leave Lincoln at Heather's non-existent mercy.

"Then this case is up for grabs!" Suddenly running up behind Dawn was Tyler who swiped the case from Dawn and made a run for it with Owen, DJ, and Cody running close behind him. "I got the case!"

As the guys cheered, Heather shifted her focus onto them. "Hey! Get back here!" Heather tried to go after them but again Lincoln kept her down to the best of his abilities. "Grrr, I'll destroy yo-"

Pinch.

"Ah!" Heather let out as Dawn pinched her neck and once again today Heather felt her body grow numb as she fell limp to the ground. "W-What did you do?!"

"Pinch the right nerve and you can easily paralyze someone harmlessly," Dawn pointed out as she helped Lincoln back up. "It won't last long, we gotta go!"

"Right!" Lincoln nodded as he and Dawn went after the guys with Heather yelling at them.

"Woof, I think we lost them…" Owen let out as he took some much needed breath as they guys finally stopped running when they were sure they got away. "Where are we anyway?"

"I don't know, we were just following Tyler." Cody shrugged before looking back…and seeing they were on the top of the 1000 foot high cliff. "Tyler what the hell man?!"

"Hey I was just trying to get away with the case! Which we did!" Tyler pointed out as he lifted up the case. "Look, all we gotta do is dive down and swim to the dock! We've all done it before!"

"I-I-I didn't…" DJ gulped as he looked down the edge only to immediately step back. "A-Are you sure there i-isn't another way?"

Grrrrrrrrr…

Suddenly the guys all looked behind them and all flinched and backed away to the edge in fear as they saw a grizzly bear walking towards them growling viciously. The only that didn't appear to be afraid was Owen who got up and laughed. "Hah, come on guys I bet it's just Izzy trying to scare us," Owen said with confidence, remembering when Izzy scared the Screaming Gophers with a bear suit. To prove his point, Owen walked up to the bear and looked into it's mouth. "Izzy! Are you in there?"

ROOOOOOOAR!

The very real bear roared in Owen's face. "It's not Izzy…" Owen gulped before screaming and trying to run away, only to accidently knock him and his team off the cliff. The bear walked to the edge and looked down…only to see a hot air balloon being controlled by Courtney float up with the guys all hanging on a rope attached the balloon. "We're alive! We're alive!" The guys all cheered…only to look down and see the bear had grabbed onto the rope and begin climbing up. "Holy David and Goliath we're gonna die! Hold me Mr. Coconut!" But as Owen tried to bring his fruity buddy close to him Mr. Coconut slipped out of his hands and fell down into the lake below.

"MR. COCONUT! NOOOOOOOO!"

"Courtney!" Cody desperately called out to the CIT. "Pull us up!"

"Give me the case and I will!" Courtney told them with a cheeky tone.

"Never!" Tyler yelled out as he gripped tightly to the case with one hand and held onto the rope with his other hand.

"Ok then," Courtney shrugged and turned up the gas on the burner of the balloon making them go higher. "You'll just have to hang there!"

"You wouldn't let us fall to our deaths!" DJ yelled out to his past teammate in fear.

"Of course not!" Courtney looked appalled that that they even thought she'd do that. She wasn't some psychopath! "But I can still let out hang there!"

"But what about the bear!?" Owen panicked as he looked down at the climbing grizzly.

"What bear?" Courtney asked before looking down and her eyes widening at seeing a grizzly bear climbing up the rope. "Oh (bleep) that's a bear…"

"I'll take care of it!" Tyler yelled out as he let his impulses take over…and threw the case as the bear. It was successful in knocking the bear off the rope…but now the case was gone. "…Crap!"

"Really?!" Everyone in unison yelled at Tyler.

"I'm so sorry for knocking you off the cliff…" Bridgette apologized to Jeff as they walked through the woods together. In their search for the case earlier, the surfer couple were on the top of the cliff earlier…and Bridgette's clumsiness accidentally knocked Geoff off the cliff. "I hope you're ok…"

"No worries," Geoff reassured Bridgette with a smile as he rubbed a bump on his head. "It was a pretty soft rock."

Bridgette smiled up at Geoff before the two heard a crying sound and looked to see a young moose in front of them. "Aw, it's so cute." Bridgette gushed before frowning as the young moose tried to eat leaves from the branch of a tree only for it to not be able to reach. "Aw it can't reach the branch…"

Geoff, not wanting to see his GF unhappy, walked up to the moose. The young moose was at first spooked at seeing the human approach it. "Hey, it's ok little fella," Geoff gently told the young moose before lowering the branch it was trying to eat from. "Here ya do little dude."

The moose smiled at began happily eating from the branch. Bridgette smiled fondly at Geoff, admiring how sweet her boyfriend was on-

THUNK!

"Huh?" Bridgette blinked a few times as she watched something fall in front of her. Looking down, Bridgette gasped loudly as she saw it was none other then the million dollar briefcase! "Geoff! It's the case!"

"What?" Geoff let out in surprise before looking down and seeing the case right there on the ground behind him. "Holy crap! Quick, grab it babe!" Bridgette nodded and went to pick up the case…only to fumble and trip over it, crashing into Geoff and causing him to fall on top of the baby moose. The moose in response began crying and unluckily enough mama moose was standing nearby and saw the whole thing. "This, uh, totally isn't what it looks like!"

But the moose clearly wasn't in the mood to listen as it blew steam out of its nose before charging at the humans who heard its child, Bridgette and Geoff running away as fast as they could with the former making sure to grab the case.

THUNK!

And after they left a bear fell to the ground, groaning a bit before it fell unconcious.

CONFESSIONAL – GEOFF

"Bridgette is really amazing. She's so sweet and pretty and down to earth," Geoff praised his girlfriend before sighing. "I'm afraid she's gonna accidentally kill me by the end of the day."

"The case is almost at the campgrounds!" Chris announced to the island as Geoff and Bridgette quickly approached the camp with the moose still behind them. "Get your butts in gear people! It's a million big one!"

Despite Chris' words, two particular campers weren't getting their butts in gear. Katie and Sadie were still angry with each other despite still walking with each other. "So…are you still not talking to me?" Katie asked, trying to sound angry but sounded more sad then anything. Sadie's silence was enough of an answer and Katie sighed as she dropped the anger act and spoke honestly. "Sadie please, talk to me…"

"…" Sadie wasn't budging as she crossed her arms.

"…Sadie," Katie stepped up to be right next to Sadie. "I promise you, I'm not jealous."

"Then why were you're saying those things about Justin?!" Sadie turned around and demanded to know why Katie was dissing Justin earlier. "I thought you liked him too!"

"Well I doubt I just…I don't know I was oogling him because you were," Katie explained as Sadie gave her friend a look of confusion. Thinking about what to say, Katie gave her friend a soft smile as before speaking. "Look…sure Justin is handsome but I don't think he'd be good boyfriend material. He seems like the kind of guy that would just bounce from girl to girl. Remember, like that guy one that show on that channel?"

"Well…I guess so…" Sadie looked down a bit in response. She couldn't deny that the thought hadn't crossed her mind, especially as Justin hit on and showed his body off to nearly every girl on the island. "He does tend to flirt a lot…"

"And I don't want that for you," Katie told her best friend in the world as she grabbed her shoulders and looked Sadie in the eye. "You're like, the best, most special, most talented, and prettiest girl I know. I want whoever your with to treat you like the super special and amazing girl you are,"

"Aaaawww, Katie…" Sadie found her eyes getting misty before she wrapped her best friend into a hug. "Thank you!"

"Of course." Katie smiled fondly as she returned the hug, her cheeks dusting with pink a bit. Both girls were just content to stand there and continue hugging each other only for trouble to come their way.

"RUUUUUUN!" Bridgette and Geoff yelled as they passed by the girls, Bridgette holding onto the case for dear life.

"From what?" Sadie asked before both girls looked back and screamed as the moose came charging at them with the best friends quickly taking off.

With Chris' announcement, all the teams quickly returned to the campground to snatch the case from whoever had it. Gwen's team quickly drove into the campgrounds, having recovered the DATV from the crash earlier, Lincoln and Dawn met up with Edward again and began heading back to camp with the promise to scold the platypus for his actions later, Lindsay's team was walking back from the beach, Heather had again recovered and was on the hunt for whoever had the case, E-Scopes team was gearing up in the boathouse, Courtney and the guys were floating back to camp with the hot air balloon, and Geoff, Bridgette, Katie, and Sadie were continuing to run from the moose.

"Quick! Up here!" Brigette yelled as they climbed up the high dive from the Phobia Factor challenge to avoid the moose. No way she or Geoff could get to the dock with the moose after them.

"What the hell…" Duncan, whose ankle was now recovered, muttered as he walked up to the high dive after seeing the Geoff and the three girls climb up it with Bridgette holding the case. "What are you guys doing up there?! Bridgette you realize the dock is that way right?!" Duncan got his answer as all four of them pointed to the moose as it locked eyes on Duncan.

"Oh no…" Duncan quickly yelled and ran away as the moose charged at him now. The delinquent running into the mess hall, the moose followed after him only to run away as Duncan grabbed the moose head from inside and used it to spook away the. "Yeah! This'll be you soon pal!"

"Woohoo!" Courtney cheered as she and the guys floated by. "Go honey! Go!"

Brigette smirked at this and saw an opportunity to head down and run for the dock, only to look back and see Courtney's balloon coming right at them. "Uuuum, incoming!" Bridgette yelled out in fear.

"For the case!" Tyler yelled as he jumped out of the basket and onto the diving board with the guys and Courtney doing the same as everyone on the board tried to get the case with Geoff trying to hold them off.

"There it is!" Driving up to the diving board was Gwen, Trent, Leshawna, and Harold who saw the struggle going on up there. "I got this!" Leshawna was the only to step up and began climbing up. Trying to reach the case from behind, Leshawna made a grab for it only for the case to slip out of her hands and began bouncing down on the ground below, stopping in front of the communal washroom.

"And I was like, yes you can wear pink with red," Stepping out of the washrooms was Lindsay's team with Lindsay telling the two about a past conversation she has. "And she was like 'no you can't' wow, that is a pretty case! Anyway-"

"It's the case!" Beth gasped as she and Ezekiel gasped in delight at seeing it. Lindsay quickly picked up the case…before the sound of an air plane was heard as the trio looked up and saw the plane Chris usually flies above them. And inside wearing a helmet and parachute was a now conscious Justin.

PLAYA DES LOSERS

"What the!" Chris let out after seeing Justin with the plan. At first he was loving the chaos caused by the race for the case, but then Courtney hijacked a hot air balloon. And now Justin had his plane! "Now how the heck did he get the keys to the plane!?"

Chefwho was admiring an autographed photo of Justin quickly hid it behind his back before shrugging innocently. "I don't know." The cook claimed.

CONFESSIONAL – JUSTIN

The model winked at the camera as he snapped his fingers, shooting a finger gun.

Sky diving down, Justin opened his parachute and landing in front of Lindsay with his chute covering both Beth and Ezekiel. Meanwhile the plane crashed to the ground and took out of the support beams on the high dive. "Wow…you can fly…" Lindsay said in complete amazement as Justin easily took the case from her.

Winking at the camera, Justin was about to take off only for another trio to be hidden behind the washrooms. "The case has been spotted!" E-Scope, who was wearing the camo gear from the paintball challenge along with Noah with Eva wearing the deer costume and buckets in the hands of the latter two. "Fire at will soldiers!"

"Yes sergeant E-Scope!" Eva and Noah said in unison before tossing the contents of the buckets at Justin.

"AH! Fish in my hair!" Justin panicked as one of the buckets contained fish with one of them landing on his head. "Someone! Anyone! What gets the smell of fish out of hair?!"

"Try this!" E-Scope ran by and threw a bucket on top of Justin's head before taking the case and running off. "Woohoo! I'm a zillionairess! Alright!"

As E-Scope booked it to the dock, other's tried to follow her. Dawn, Lincoln, and Heather all chased after the psycho-hose-beast while Gwen, Trent, and Harold quickly approach with their vehicle, and Lindsay and Beth quickly ran after it as well after Beth freed herself. E-Scope saw this and tried to speed up but ended up tripping over a rock with the case flying out of her hands.

Just then a massive chain reaction happened. The high dive platform broken leading to it slide off a plane wing on the bottom. While Owen, DJ, Tyler, Leshawna, Geoff, and Bridgette managed to stay on Courtney, Katie, Sadie, and Cody all fell into the pool of green jelly. As they slide forward Duncan came back with the moose as Justin's parachute got snagged on the diving board and dragged him away.

"OOOOOH CRAP!" Owen yelled out as all he, the others on the board along with the snagged Justin, and all those running after the case to fall into the water. After the 17 campers emerged they all looked around for the case and saw it emerge from the water…and then get eaten by a shark. They all gasped at this as a seagull nearby pointed and laughed…and then he was eaten too.

"Great!" Leshawna yelled in frustration. All that madness only for the money to become shark chow. "Now what?!"

The 17 campers watched as a helicopter descended from the air and stepping out of it onto the dock was Chris. "Sooo…you lost the case." Chris said in what seemed to be a disappointed tone. "Way to go. I didn't wanna have to do this, but since none of the 17 you officially won, you all officially tied. Which means you'll all have another chance at winning the million dollars!"

Everyone cheered at this news…before Chris announced…

"In season two!"

CONFESSIONAL – LESHAWNA

"Did he just say season two?" Leshawna asked in disbelief.

CONFESSIONAL – HEATHER

"Nuh-uh," Heather shook her head. No way she was coming in for another season of this stupid show that made her bald. "No way! I am not coming back here!"

CONFESSIONAL – LINDSAY

"Season two!?" Lindsay smiled at this, seeming to actually be happy with this. "Season two! I'm gonna be so more famous then I thought! I hope I have time to get my roots done."

CONFESSIONAL – LINCOLN & DAWN

"In hindsight, we probably should have seen this coming," Lincoln sighed as Dawn nodded her head, Dawn petting his head in comfort. "Another season of all this…"

"Hey, it'll be ok," Dawn reassured him with a kiss to the forehead. "We'll have each other, and all our friends."

"Heh, yeah that's true," Lincoln smiled as he leaned on Dawn. "Can't complain about that I guess."

"Aw, forget this," Duncan shook his head, wishing he never agreed to go get that stupid million dollars. "I didn't agree to season two!"

"Actually, you did," Chris grinned as he reached into his pocket and pulled out one of the copies of the contracts everyone signed. "It's called the fine print. Read it, live it, love it!"

"Ugh, I hate the fine print!" Gwen yelled out in frustration, not wanting to deal with another season of this stupid show.

Just then sniffling was heard and Beth looked to see Owen was getting teary. "Aw Owen, don't worry." Beth tried to comfort the big guy. "It won't be so bad."

"It's not that…" Owen shook his head before looking down. "It's just…I lose Mr. Coconut! I'll never see him again!"

But right as Owen said that, Justin rose a brow as he looked to the side and saw a familiar piece of fruit drifting towards them. "Uh Owen," The model spoke up as he pointed at the coconut. "I found your imaginary friend."

"Huh?" Owen's eyes widened with hope and sure enough, drifting up to them was Mr. Coconut. Owen smiled as big as he could before eagerly swimming up to the coconut and taking it into his arms. "Mr. Coconut it is you! I knew you'd come back! Don't worry buddy, I won't ever let you go again!"

"Dammit…" Tyler sighed out.

"The rest of you," Chris said as the remaining of the 24 campers stepped up being Katie, Sadie, Courtney, Noah, Eva, Cody, and Ezekiel. "Your treasure hunt ends here. Along with any hope of ever winning any money off on being on this show. But the good news though, you'll be watching all the action of season 2 on the sidelines!"

"Ah dang it…" Courtney huffed out as she lightly kicked the dock.

CONFESSIONAL – HAROLD

"Another season? Alright!" Harold cheered with an eager grin. "Another chance to show off my mad skill!" Harold did some karate motions only to bang his arm against the wall of the outhouse. "OW! Ugh, funny bone! Ow! Hahaha, that is funny, haha, ow!"

CONFESSIONAL – KATIE & SADIE

"Yay!" Katie cheered as she held hands with her BFFFL, clinging onto her rather tightly. "We get to stay for another season!"

"Just to watch though," Sadie reminded her best friend.

"That's ok," Katie shrugged with a smile. "We'd watch at home anyway."

"Oh yeah that's true!" Sadie jumped up a bit excitedly. "And this way we get to stay together!"

"Eeeeeeee!"

CONFESSIONAL – TYLER

"Aw yeah let's go!" Tyler cheered as he pumped up his fist. "Since I kicked out so earlier, I didn't get to show off what I can do! This is a brand new opportunity baby! And I'll get to spend more time with Lindsay! Just hope she stops confusing me for other people by then."

"Oh this is so awesome!" E-Scope yelled out in excitement. "E-Scope is coming back, E-Scope is coming back!"

"This is so exciting!" Beth was also excited for going on another season. And this time she wouldn't be Heather's pawn.

"In exactly one week, you'll all report to a brand new location for a whole new challenge and the last one standing will win one million dollars!" Chris explained to everyone as they looked up at him from the water. "So don't forget to stay tuned in to Total. Drama. Action!" Chris then took out a film clipboard and snapped it, hinting at what's to come.

Ring, ring, ring.

Chris blinked a few times as he put away the clipboard before taking out his cellphone, seeing it was the producers calling Chris quickly picked up and held it up to his head. "Yo, Mclain here," Chris greeted as the producers began talking to him about the upcoming season. "Uh-huh…yeah…three new contestants huh? Yeah, 20's a better number then 17 anyway." Chris then looked to the returning contestants as they got out of the water, specifically Lincoln and Dawn. "In fact…I think I already have an idea for one of them~ I'll get back to you with my choices."

THAT NIGHT

"Well, all packed." Lincoln let out as he finished packing up everything in his room at the resort. Just when he thought he was home free, he was wrapped into another season of this show. But all things considered, he can't say he wasn't a little excited. And it certainly would be nice to spend time with all the friends he made with on the show, and especially be with his girlfriend more. "At least I get to see my folks for a week before the season starts."

"Lincoln! Lincoln!" Entering his room was said girlfriend. Dawn had a big smile on his face and her phone in hand. "I just talked to my parents, they said they'd love to fly down to Michigan to meet you and your folks! We can stay in Michigan during the off season!"

"Really? That's great!" Lincoln smiled brightly and brought Dawn into a big hug that she eagerly returned. "Heh, as long as your by my side I'll take anything Chris can throw at me,"

"Same," Dawn told him lovingly as they sunk into each other's embrace.

Both completely unaware to what Chris was planning.
