For the whole morning since I left the asylum, Jullian's words have taken up every space of my mind, that if it was not for Luca who called my name, I would not have even realised that I have arrived on the rooftop garden.
In the middle of the garden, Luca lies on the ground pillowing on his folded arms. With his eyes closed, he let the warm morning light shower on his face. With a soft smile he greets, "You are early today."
Luca's eyes are closed, how is he always capable of perceiving that it is me who is approaching? Am I his secret garden's only visitor since it exists?
As usual I take a seat at Luca's side, "You have been here since the day I found you here, Luca." I have been visiting Luca's rooftop garden after I discovered it, yet I never get to ask, "How long has it existed? This secret garden…"
