Chapter 5 - Chapter 5: A Thousand Deaths For Glory.

The Battle for the Reveiverse

Nealon stood at the edge of the shattered world, her heart pounding as she stared at the devastation before her. The once-glorious Reveiverse was now a wasteland of ruin and despair. Smoke rose from broken cities, and the sky burned with an eerie red glow. Her voice trembled as she whispered, "It's just as Carel warned us... Everything is destroyed. There's nothing left."

Beside her, Yoton clenched his fists, his face grim. "This disaster will give Nielan and his War Faction the power they need to overthrow us. The balance between our factions is about to shatter."

Zerich, the wisest among them, shook his head. "I have served the Rulers for millions of years. The High Head is too strong to be dethroned, even by Nielan's forces."

Nealon nodded slowly. "You're right, Zerich. But raw power isn't everything. If we go to war now, the real threat is Amiss. She's cunning, ruthless, and her plans never fail."

Yoton scoffed. "That four-eyed monster? Hmph. She's nothing but a scheming snake."

Nealon's eyes burned with determination. "Then let's prepare for battle. If we face the War Faction, I swear we'll defeat them—anytime, anywhere."

Zerich chuckled, his laughter echoing across the ruined land. "Well said! Don't you both agree?"

 Carel's Awakening

Meanwhile, deep within the Reveiverse, inside the grand halls of Carel's kingdom, a loud voice shattered the silence of the royal bedchambers. Carel groaned as he stretched, rubbing his tired eyes. "Was everything that happened yesterday... just a dream?"

Azarel, his loyal warrior, stood beside his bed, her expression serious. "No, my lord. I'm right here with you. It was no dream."

Carel sat up, his mind racing. "Then... what do I even say now?"

Azarel placed a gentle hand on his shoulder. "You don't need to say anything. I understand. And I promise—this stays between us."

A small smile touched Carel's lips. "Thank you, Azarel. Now, let's get ready. The battle awaits."

Azarel bowed. "As you command, my lord."

 Tavis' Dark Plan

Far away, in the shadowy Cronoverse, a spy knelt before Lord Tavis in the dimly lit halls of Tavis Castle. The spy's voice shook with fear. "My lord... I've found his family. They're hiding in the multiverse, protected by gods."

Tavis's eyes gleamed with cruel excitement. "Excellent work. This time, your reward will be great."

The spy bowed deeply, trembling. "Thank you, my lord! Thank you!"

Tavis waved him away. "Enough. Leave me. I have plans to make."

As the spy vanished into the darkness, Tavis turned to the empty air, his voice icy. "You heard him. Bring them to me—alive. Harm none of them. Do you understand?"

A shadowy figure bowed. "Yes, my lord."

The moment the figure disappeared, Tavis's face twisted with rage. "You'll regret making a fool of me, Krelious. You'll regret it forever."

 The Battle Begins

Back in the Reveiverse, Carel's voice thundered across the battlefield. "Azarel! Take 150,000 troops and evacuate our people! Save the wounded—get them to safety!"

Azarel hesitated, her eyes filled with worry. "But my lord, the enemy is too strong! I swore an oath to protect you—even if it costs me my life!"

Carel's gaze was unshakable. "And I swore to protect our home. Go, Azarel! There's no time to argue! Take them to District 8—Planet Saga is fortified with two million troops!"

Tears welled in Azarel's eyes. "I'll go... but promise me you'll survive."

Carel smiled. "I promise. Now move!"

With that, Azarel led her troops through the battlefield, cutting down monstrous Chaos creatures as they raced toward the kingdom.

 The Last Stand

Carel turned to his remaining soldiers, his voice strong. "Form a wall! Protect the kingdom with your lives until Azarel returns!"

The soldiers roared in response. "YES, LORD CAREL!"

Carel raised his sword high. "They outnumber us a hundred to one—but they are nothing against our courage, our love for our families, and our duty to protect them! Do not fear the enemy—let them fear US!"

The soldiers shouted, their voices shaking the ground. "YEAHHHH!"

Carel's voice grew fiercer. "If you must die, take a thousand Chaos with you! Die with honor!"

The troops roared again, louder than before. "YEAHHHH!"

Carel's eyes blazed. "Will we cower in fear?"

 "NO, LORD CAREL!"

"Will we let them destroy our homes?"

 "NO, LORD CAREL!"

 "Then what will we do?"

"KILL EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM!"

With a final battle cry, Carel and his soldiers charged into the endless horde of Chaos creatures.

 A Desperate Fight

The battle raged for hours. Carel's forces fought bravely, but the enemy was too many. Slowly, the Chaos creatures fell—20 million dead—but at a terrible cost. Only 10,000 of Carel's soldiers remained, exhausted and bleeding.

Carel gasped for breath, his body aching. "We've lost too many... We can't survive another wave."

One soldier stepped forward, his voice firm. "Lord Carel... run. We'll hold them off—with our lives."

Carel shook his head. "A coward abandons his men. If we die, we die together—in a blaze of glory!"

Tears filled the soldiers' eyes. One whispered, "Even in the next life, we'll follow you."

Carel smiled. "And I'll lead you again."

Just as the next wave of Chaos creatures surged toward them—

 BOOM!

Supreme Troops descended from the sky, led by Nealon, Yoton, and Zerich!

Nealon's voice cut through the chaos. "Destroy them all!"

The Supreme Troops charged, slaughtering the enemy with unmatched skill.

Nealon rushed to Carel's side. "Are you alright?"

Carel's eyes widened in disbelief. "Lord Nealon... You came!"

Nealon grinned. "The High Head keeps his word. Now, let's get you to safety."

 Hope in the Darkness

As they retreated to the Warhead, cannons boomed in the distance. The battle was far from over—but with the Supreme Troops' help, hope still lived.

Meanwhile, Azarel fought her way through the enemy, rescuing survivors. Her thoughts never left Carel. "Hold on, my lord... I'm coming."

The war raged on. The fate of the Reveiverse hung in the balance.

But as long as heroes like Carel, Nealon, and Azarel stood together—victory was still possible.
