I managed to get home thankfully, without Luca stalking me.
I wasn't with my mask so quite a number of people recognized me but maybe it was because I was running, I wasn't necessarily harassed by people.
I slammed the door behind me and double locked it. Then I leaned on it as I tried to catch my breath, my heart was still racing, partly from the run but mostly from him. I slid down the door and buried my face in my knees, I wanted to cry.
Why was he choosing to do this to me now, when I was finally ready to move on? My phone buzzed, I stared at it, it was Luca.
This was harassment, it was torture and I still couldn't bring myself to block his number. My heart felt heavy but I didn't cry, I couldn't have puffy eyes when I had dinner plans with Christopher tonight.
I sat there for a while, just breathing in and out. My phone dinged, it was a message from Luca that read,
Luca: 'Where did you go? We're not done, I miss you.'
