Previously, Imperial agreed to help the villagers defeat a powerful monster terrorizing their land. During the intense battle, he showcased his lightning magic and swordsmanship, overwhelming the beast with speed and precision. Just as the monster fell, a mysterious boy used strange magic to make it vanish, leaving Imperial with more questions than answers.
The group that had accompanied Imperial through the forest cheered with relief and joy. They had faced death, and now they were alive — thanks to him.
Goh stepped forward and placed a firm hand on Imperial's shoulder.
Goh: "You can't imagine how happy we are right now… You've done something we couldn't have even dreamed of. Thank you, Imperial. Truly."
Then he turned to Tracey.
Goh: "And you… that move you pulled at the end — you vanished that monster. Great work, Tracey!"
Tracey: (scratching the back of his head) "Ah, it's nothing compared to what Imperial did. I just cleaned up after the real hero."
Imperial looked at Tracey, still puzzled.
Imperial: (thinking) "What did he do to that monster? It just vanished…"
Goh looked between them and then gave a nod to Tracey.
Goh: "Tracey, why don't you escort Imperial back to the village and tell everyone what happened? Imperial, get some rest. You've earned it."
Imperial: "Wait, aren't you all coming back too?"
Goh: "We will. But first, we need to secure the leftover food supplies and check if the monster's cave holds anything valuable. It's been here for centuries — who knows, we might find something that can help the village."
Imperial nodded and began walking with Tracey. The forest was quieter now. The tension from earlier had faded, but Imperial's curiosity hadn't.
He was just about to ask Tracey about his magic, when Tracey suddenly spoke.
Tracey: "Hey Imperial… what kind of journey are you two on?"
Imperial: "We're looking for ancient pillars. They may be connected to a mystery involving the disappearance of my father… and Ari's parents too."
Tracey: (with a glimmer in his eyes) "So you're uncovering some kind of ancient secret?"
Imperial: "Yeah… you could say that."
Tracey stopped walking, turned, and stood directly in front of Imperial.
Tracey: "Then I have a request. Please… let me join you."
Imperial: (surprised) "Huh? Why?"
Tracey: "I've got a dream. Or… a promise, really. I want to become the strongest beast magic user in the world."
Imperial: "And how does that connect to our journey?"
Tracey: (his voice serious now) "Before my grandfather passed away, he told me that to become the strongest beast magic user, I'd have to command the oldest, most powerful monster in existence — a beast said to have lived since the beginning of this world. No one knows if it's real, but if it exists, it's probably tied to ancient mysteries... just like the pillars you're looking for."
Imperial paused, thoughtful.
Imperial: "I'll consider it. I can't say yes yet — I need to be sure you're a good fit. I want teammates who can hold their own, not ones who just follow. If things get dangerous, I need to know you'll be able to fight beside us — not behind us."
Tracey: (grinning) "Fair enough. I'll prove it."

Scene: Back in the Village
As Imperial and Tracey arrived, villagers rushed out, cheering.
Villager: "They're back! Tracey and Imperial are back!"
A wave of grateful villagers surrounded them, clapping and cheering.
Villager 2: "You saved us! You're like a god to this village!"
Imperial felt overwhelmed by the praise. Just a while ago, he was a stranger here — now, he was a hero.
A familiar voice called out.
Ari: "Imperial! Come here!"
He turned and walked over to her. Ari was holding something in her hands.
Ari: "Look carefully at this picture… doesn't this woman look familiar?"
Imperial: "Hmm… she kinda looks like your mom, maybe?"
WHACK!
Ari smacked the back of his head.
Ari: "You idiot! That is your mom!"
Just then, a glowing communication crystal lit up — Imperial's mother, Lyra Alden, was calling.
Lyra: "Imperial Alden! You haven't called me once! What do you think you're doing?!"
Imperial scratched his head, flustered and embarrassed in front of the villagers.
Imperial: "Hehe… I uh… forgot?"
The villagers watched the scene, giggling.
Lyra: (sighing) "You're unbelievable… but still, good job, my son."
Imperial: "Wait, what are you talking about?"
Lyra: "Ari told me everything. You helped the village. I'm proud of you."
Imperial: "It was nothing. They helped us too."
After the call ended, Imperial pulled Tracey aside.
Imperial: "Hey. You never did explain. What exactly did you do to that monster?"
Tracey: "Ah, that? Beast magic. I made a summoning contract with the monster. Now I can summon it to fight alongside me anytime."
Imperial: "That's incredible. A rare and powerful magic…"
Then village leader told imperial and ari that someone want to met them .
Goh's father led Imperial and Ari to a small, quiet home. Inside, an elderly woman lay ill on a bed, while an old man stood beside her, his eyes filled with gratitude.
Old Man: (gently, with deep thanks)
"Thank you, young ones… for saving our village."
He placed his hands on their heads in a warm blessing, then paused, sensing something.
Old Man:
"Which of you is the light magic user?"
Imperial & Ari: (surprised)
"Huh?"
