Chapter 71 - Chapter 71 — The Trinity Awakens: Wrath Against the Creator of Ruin

The apocalyptic sky roared, painted in crimson and black, as if the planet itself sensed what was about to unfold.

Tyrus, his aura blazing in fury, stared at Kelvin with burning eyes and a dark voice:

— I am... disappointed in you. You had everything. You were meant to be my successor. But unfortunately... — he clenched his fists — you chose to follow these pathetic heroes.

Kelvin stepped forward, the shadows around him writhing like living serpents. His eyes gleamed gold and black. His aura was a controlled storm. But his words, filled with pain and fury, were sharp as blades:

— You lied to me. Manipulated me. Made me believe I was special… when all you wanted was a puppet. Today, you'll pay for everything. And more importantly…

Kelvin clenched his fists, his aura exploding like a golden and black aurora.

— YOU ARE NOT MY FATHER! You're a monster… a manipulative, heartless monster… and today — his breath trembled — today you'll pay for all the pain you caused, you bastard!

Inavy, bloodied, trembled. But not from fear.

— K-Kelvin... — he whispered, shocked by the pain his friend carried within.

Tyrus, unmoved, slowly raised his spear.

— What a shame... then today, you'll die a failed hero.

A few meters away, a flaming, healing aura emerged on the battlefield. Rose Eldara had arrived. Her eyes scanned the chaos until she saw someone lying on the ground.

— Lorien-san!

Lorien tried to sit up, gasping, his wounds open, but his face still calm.

— I'm glad… you made it.

— Lie down. I'll heal you!

— No, Rose, he said with a faint smile. Go to Darius… He needs it more than I do. I can still fight... for a little longer.

Rose hesitated but obeyed. She ran to Darius, who lay among broken rocks.

— Darius! Lie still!

He looked up at her with a weak smile.

— R-Rose… glad you came.

She placed her hands on his chest. A soft crimson light shone, weaving life back into his wounds. Within seconds, Darius rose to his feet.

He jumped twice, testing his reflexes.

— Damn, Rose! You didn't just level up in the Iberian fire... Your healing is legendary now!

— Take care of yourself, Darius.

— Will do. — He raised a thumb with a grin. — I'll come back in one piece.

On the front lines, Tyrus raised his spear with a grim expression.

— Spear of Silent Ruin… — he murmured, before launching a black projectile like the void itself. The energy of the spear roared, distorting time, space, and even existence itself.

BOOOOM!

The explosion erased everything in its path. Attacks, stones, sound, memory... all swallowed by the void.

Inavy and Kelvin were hurled back, gravely wounded.

Tyrus approached for the final blow when suddenly…

FLASH!

He found himself in another place.

— What the…?! — he snarled. — That damn—

A voice echoed across the shattered battlefield.

— Y'all know I hate being left behind, right, guys?

Darius appeared at the center of the field, his aura of light and space dancing around his body.

Inavy smiled, blood trickling from his lips.

— Hah… Looks like… you learned that kind of entrance from me, huh, Darius?

Kelvin glanced at him and smirked.

— Yo, man… been a while.

— I'll talk to you later, Darius replied, rolling his shoulders and flexing his arms. — Right now, we've got something more important… taking down this tyrant once and for all.

Tyrus raised his spear, eyes wide. For the first time, he saw the three legacies of Yon — Chaos, Darkness, and Divine Light — standing together, ready to face him.

— You think… you can defeat me? — his voice trembled between rage and disbelief.

Kelvin raised his black blade, glowing with seals.

— We don't think. We know.

Inavy stepped forward beside them, chaos flames erupting around him.

— Today marks the end of your tyranny, Tyrus.

Darius cracked his knuckles, warping the battlefield.

— The balance will be restored. And you… will corrupt this world no more.

The Trinity of Yon had awakened.

The ground shook.

The sky collapsed.

And the Final Battle had begun.

To be continued.
