All across Kalpa all major forces moved. Although things seemed peaceful on the surface in the shadow's things were all but peaceful. Every top faction had someone strong enough to catch wind of The Golden Age and everyone wanted a piece of the pie. The Golden Age is something that is well known throughout the annals of time. The Golden Age signifies a change, a change that will so immense that it will undoubtedly be etched throughout times to come. During this time prodigies emerge and I'm not talking some normal prodigy. No, I mean prodigies that deserve to be called monsters. While everyone was scrambling and moving with urgency to prepare, they all missed one minor, yet major detail. A detail not even the seers picked up on.... yet.
This was no normal Golden Age, no, not by any means. This is The Supreme Golden Age!!!
The difference? Well, it's a major difference. Normally every planet, no matter, Low, Middle, High, or Supreme world. Every single one of them will constantly experience 'The Golden Age', this is a time when most worlds go through a sort of evolution or weeding process. After years of accumulating energy, worlds tend to release this energy back into its atmosphere, whether it be Mana or Qi. After this energy is released, people are then able to refine this energy for use. After cultivators die, all that refined energy is absorbed back into the world and used for a booster for its next evolution.
Now, 'The Golden Age' occurs when all that absorbed energy reaches its absolute peak. When a world reaches its capacity of energy it releases about 95% of that energy back into the atmosphere. This is something all planets must go through in order to continue their evolution, if not, then it would self-implode due to containing too much energy. All of this leads to 'The Golden Age', when that influx of energy is released, cultivators also experience a boost. During this time the amount prodigies that rise and fall is staggering to say the least.
This type of 'Golden Age' happens every few millennia, but what most don't know is there is another 'Golden Age' one much more lucrative but even more dangerous. This is 'The Supreme Golden Age'. The Supreme Golden Age follows the same basic principles of energy recycle, just on a.... Cosmic Scale. Yes, during 'The Supreme Golden Age' the entire galaxy is involved!!! Meaning every celestial body will be experience it, all this is just the tip of the iceberg. Because imagine what would happen if an entire galaxy expended 95% of its energy....
While everyone is focused on the changing of times. Akasha, our main character, completely oblivious to all the bullshit that's been going on is currently, GRINDING!
In his personal dungeon
Akasha could be seen engaged in combat with some type of mutated ape. It has been over an hour since his last encounter with that Artic Wolf. And if one didn't know that Akasha was literally born today, you would think he was some seasoned warrior. Currently Akasha was completely eviscerating this ape.... like literally. In his 'Half-Dragon Transformation' Akasha claws were currently ripping in and out of this Ape.
One moment he would be ripping out what looked to be a spleen, then the next he would appear behind the ape as if he teleported. Unleashing a barrage of blows that left a resounding impact.
*BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM*
Akasha's blows literally sounded someone repeatedly creating sonic booms, it was straight up mind boggling. Then finally, Akasha, moved with a teleportation type movement he appeared slightly off the ground. Staring directly into the Ape's eyes.
*whoosh*
A cold bestial voice echoed
| Origins Gaze - Time Fall | Akasha said as his eyes were constantly flickering until it stopped. In his eyes one could see, a stopwatch with several smaller stopwatches rotating around it in a clockwise manner.
Suddenly, the ape froze, as if it heard some kind of ancient command. Then it started decaying... the ape went from King Kong to some a shriveled-up chimp. After it died nothing was left, not even its bones...
This was a skill Akasha created as he had been moving through this dungeon. Although Luna suggested for him to master hand-to hand combat, she never told him not use abilities. Not mention making a skill, like seriously, who could even make a skill in what, an hour?

After constantly grinding for close to two hours, Akasha, finally decided to take a small break while looking at his stats.
'Heh, I'm already B rank in just two hours!!! After a year of grinding in this realm who knows where I will be by then.' As he thought of this, he clenched his fist anticipating all the excitement the future holds.
'My new skill 'Origins Gaze' is pretty cool too. After fighting dozens of monsters in this dungeon I began to get comfortable and wanted to try new things. This skill was created from the extension of my eye ability 'Eye of Origin'. I also learned after asking Luna, that skills and abilities were totally different.
Skills are things made from the imagination or things replicated from certain abilities. Skills follow the same rankings as Bloodlines and the rest of things. Whilst an ability something that's connected to a person on a soul level. Abilities can be bloodline abilities or special abilities, like Jovian's 'Heaven's Eye'.
After some internal dialogue, Akasha, turned to Luna who was always floating watching Akasha like he was some type of anime character. Seeing Akasha turn to look in her direction she gave a small smile while hiding a blush.
"My dear Luna~ it's time to grind again" he said while grinning before turning a dashing forward.
'~Fufufu~ my sweet Akasha.' She thought before following after him.
With the 'Gears of Fate' once again spinning and with a monster amongst monsters grinding his life away, completely oblivious to the happenings of the world. Only time will tell what Fate has in store for the Great Kalpa!
