"Yes, everything is ready. Now we just wait for the story to begin."
A voice came from the darkness—the one planning everything behind the scenes.
Why did those heroes appear in the Douluo Continent? It was all because of the real main character, Xu Wenlong.
"Now that the heroes are in place, it's time to wait for the story to unfold and prepare the script."
Xu Wenlong spoke while looking at a screen only he could see. On it were the arrangements of Gilgamesh, Cu Chulainn, Karna, and other heroes.
"Time to use these cards as well," Xu Wenlong said, glancing at his own deck.
Among them was a dark figure—a shadowy version of a hero surrounded by a black aura.
This was the other side of the heroes. The Shadow.
"Hehe, the priest's identity is also set. Just waiting to unlock it later."
As Xu Wenlong got excited and lost in thought—
Click!
The sound of a light switch echoed in the room.
"Wenlong, it's bad for your eyes to sit in the dark like this!" came a gentle voice, soft like a spring breeze.
"It's time to eat. Come downstairs!"
With light footsteps, the person left the room.
Xu Wenlong had no choice. Like a good child, he got up and left his room to eat.
He walked downstairs to the dining table.
"Look at you, Wenlong, right on time. Enjoy the food your mother made!" said a beautiful woman who looked more like a big sister than a mom.
She wore a white apron that barely covered her figure, especially her large chest.
This was Tiamat. Even though she looked young and cheerful, her beauty could make anyone freeze.
She held a soup spoon in one hand and a bowl in the other, clearly serving the food.
When she heard footsteps, she turned and smiled at Xu Wenlong.
Even though he was used to her, Xu Wenlong couldn't help but stop and stare.
"Hmm? What's wrong, Wenlong? Why are you just standing there?"
"Haha, it's because you're so beautiful, Mom!" Xu Wenlong laughed loudly.
Tiamat blushed and said, "Well... then hurry up and eat."
"Okay."
Wenlong sat down awkwardly. In front of him was a full table of delicious food. It smelled amazing, looked great, and tasted even better. Hard to believe it was all made by Tiamat.
Even though Xu Wenlong wasn't that hungry, he made sure to eat everything in front of his smiling mother.
With her watching, he felt like he could eat forever.
After finishing the meal, he gave her a thumbs-up.
"As expected of you, Mom! That was amazing."
Tiamat smiled happily at the praise.
After lunch, being the good boy he was, Xu Wenlong helped Tiamat clean up.
She looked very pleased to have help from her child.
"Mom, I've cleaned up. I'm heading upstairs now," he said.
"Alright, go ahead," she replied.
Back upstairs, Xu Wenlong opened his panel—the system interface only he could see.
Through this system, he could gain more Type-Moon characters by collecting emotional energy from people in the Douluo Continent.
That's how Gilgamesh and the others had been summoned.
"If it's just a bunch of geniuses, it's hard to stir up strong emotions quickly. Even though it's stable long-term, I need some emotional energy now."
He looked at his current emotional points.
"Alright, time to go big."
His eyes lit up with excitement as he prepared to spend all of his points.
Following his own rule to "go big or go home," he tapped a button on the screen.
"The sixth singularity—appear!" Xu Wenlong shouted.

Somewhere in the Douluo Continent...
The continent was huge, and many parts were uninhabited. In one of those quiet places, a strange event began.
High in the blue sky, a dark blue, circular vacuum appeared in the middle of thick white clouds.
On the empty ground below it, a giant white city suddenly appeared.
No people were nearby, but wild beasts ran away after sensing something strange.
The vacuum in the sky disappeared as quickly as it appeared. The clouds returned to normal, and it looked like nothing had happened.
But the huge white city still stood tall on the ground.
This was no ordinary city. Its name was enough to shake the world in another timeline:
Camelot.
Even from far away, white-armored knights could be seen walking along its high walls.
Now in a new world, the knights increased their patrols, staying alert.
Inside the city's tall tower, a powerful being sat—one who ruled all of Camelot.
"My lords, tell me. How should we, the Knights of the Round Table, deal with this world called Douluo Continent?"
The Lion King sat on a high throne. Light shone behind her armor, making her look divine.
The serious-looking knight, Ager Guiwen, answered first.
"My King, since this world isn't facing destruction, we don't need to follow the old harsh laws."
He continued, "Also, this world has never heard of you or our Knights of the Round Table."
"So our duty is to spread your ideals, your light, across this world. To bring hope to those who've never known your glory."
The other knights nodded in agreement.
And so, the Douluo Continent was about to face the arrival of the Knights of the Round Table from another world.
