"You three, watch closely. Today, I'll show you the power of the world's top tier," Shin'ya said to Luffy, Zoro, and Nami.
With that, Shin'ya instantly appeared, standing proudly on the sea. In a flash, he was several kilometers away, towering over the waves, his presence majestic.
Luffy, Zoro, and Nami were about to search for him when they suddenly felt the sea on their right side vibrating intensely. Looking up, they were shocked to see a colossal wooden Buddha statue, a thousand meters tall, standing majestically in the distance, entirely made of wood.
Shin'ya's deep voice resonated from afar: "Sage Art: Wood Release: True Several Thousand Hands!" As he spoke, the Buddha statue's thousand arms moved in unison, striking directly at the sea below, unleashing an earth-shattering attack.
Before the aftershocks of the attack subsided, a massive tsunami quietly approached, its irresistible force rapidly closing in on Luffy's ship. Luffy's laughter echoed in the wind: "Hahahahaha~ That's amazing! I'll become that strong someday too."
Zoro was equally fired up, gripping his sword hilt: "Yeah, that's incredible power, but I won't fall too far behind. I'll be that strong in no time."
However, Nami, watching the colossal wave about to swallow everything, was consumed by anxiety, almost on the verge of collapse: "A tsunami, a tsunami! How are we going to escape this tsunami? If we don't, we're doomed!" Her voice was filled with despair and fear.
At that moment, Luffy and Zoro seemed to be jolted by Nami's fear, suddenly snapping awake. They exchanged glances, then clenched their right fists and punched them into their left palms, exclaiming, "Sō ka!"
Immediately, fear and a sense of crisis made them cry out for help: "Ah~~ Help! We're finished! I haven't become the Pirate King (the world's greatest swordsman) yet! We can't fall here! Row the boat, quickly!"
"It's alright, the main body will solve this problem. You don't need to worry," the Wood Clone said to Luffy and the others.
Indeed, before the clone even finished speaking, Shin'ya's familiar figure suddenly appeared before everyone. Facing the surging tsunami, he showed no fear, gently raising his right hand. A powerful surge of chakra coalesced into a sword, cutting through the waves like a sharp blade, instantly splitting the tsunami in two and diverting it to flow to the left and right.
This sight thrilled Nami. She rubbed her hands, approaching Shin'ya with a hint of shyness, her body unconsciously leaning closer, her voice turning into a sweet, high-pitched tone: "Oh, Shin~ You're so amazing! My village relies on you to save it. As long as you can help me defeat the enemies, I'll agree to any condition!" Nami's tone was full of flirtation.
(A/N: Yeah, right)
However, Shin'ya seemed uncomfortable with this sudden intimacy. He got goosebumps, gently pushed Nami away, and said seriously, "Nami, we're helping you defeat the Fish-Man Pirate Crew not because of any demands. Since we understand your predicament, whether you join our pirate crew or not, we will extend a helping hand. Our pirate crew focuses on exploration and never commits cruel acts. We just hope you'll consider joining us."
Luffy nodded repeatedly in agreement: "That's right, that's right~ Nami, you just need to consider it. We'll do our best to help you solve the fish-man problem."
Zoro, on the other hand, was straightforward. He drew his weapon, gestured a few times, and declared boldly, "My great sword has been thirsty for battle for a long time! I'm just waiting for this fight!"
Nami heard Luffy and Zoro's firm support, as well as Shin'ya's sincere invitation, and her exhaustion instantly vanished. After a moment of serious thought, she resolutely decided: "Alright! As long as you can defeat the Fish-Man Pirate Crew, I'll join you. My dream is to draw a map of the entire world, and since I'll be sailing the seas anyway, I really like the atmosphere of your pirate crew."
Half a day later… the four chatted happily on the vast ocean.
Zoro looked around at the endless sea and turned to Nami, asking, "Where are we heading next?"
Nami thought for a moment, then pointed in a direction and said, "What we need to consider now is a ship that can take us on a long voyage. There's an island nearby. Let's go there first and see if we can get a good ship."
Luffy immediately decided: "Alright, let's go to the island Nami mentioned."
Meanwhile, not long ago…
Not far from Shin'ya and his group, there was a huge black pirate ship. The ship's figurehead was a black cat's head, the ship of the Black Cat Pirates.
At this moment, Jango, the Black Cat Pirates' vice-captain, was looking at a letter in his hand. The letter was sent by their captain, Kuro, roughly instructing Jango to gather all Black Cat Pirate members at Syrup Village to help him take over Miss Kaya's inheritance.
Just as he finished reading the letter and put it away, the pirates on deck began screaming in terror. When Jango emerged from the ship's cabin, he saw a massive tsunami appearing on the sea, bearing down on their pirate ship.
"Holy crap! What are you all staring at? Quickly turn the ship and get out of the tsunami's range! Are you just standing there waiting to die?" Jango roared.
"Ah~ Yes, yes, quickly turn the ship, hurry, hurry, move!" Sham responded.
After a frantic scramble, they managed to narrowly escape the tsunami's area. Everyone on board was too exhausted to move, collapsing on the deck to rest, and the pirate ship came to a halt on the sea.
On Luffy's side, guided by Nami, they sailed very quickly, and their direction was precisely where the Black Cat Pirates had stopped to rest.
After another half hour of sailing, the Black Cat Pirate ship appeared in Luffy's sight. At the same time, Jango of the Black Cat Pirates also spotted Luffy's ship.
Looking at the tall pirate ship, Luffy said enviously, "What an imposing ship! We need to find an imposing ship like that too."
The Black Cat Pirates' lookout said to Jango, "Vice-captain, there are two large bags of treasure on the ship opposite. Should we make a move?"
Jango's eyes lit up. This was money coming their way. He decisively ordered, "Stop the ship, lower the lifeboats. We'll take the small boats and rob them. Don't fire cannons; if that small boat is blown up, we won't get the treasure."
The pirates cheered in unison, then boarded the small boats and started rowing towards Luffy's side.
On Luffy's side, seeing the dozen or so small boats approaching aggressively, with no less than 50 people, Zoro looked at them coldly and said, "It seems they're up to no good."
Shin'ya immediately understood the situation and said, "No need to guess. Their lookout must have spotted the two bags of treasure on our ship and they're coming to rob us. Perfect! We're a bit short on food, and they've come at just the right time. Let's go rob them of their food."
Luffy: "Food! Meat! Alright, let's rob them!" Nami: "They're coming for my treasure? There's no way I'll let them succeed. While you're at it, grab their treasure too."
Shin'ya didn't bother with extra words, clapping his hands together: "Luffy, Zoro, Nami, stand by me. We'll fly over directly."
A few seconds later, Shin'ya looked at the three standing beside him, his chakra surging, and said, "Wood Release: Wood Dragon Jutsu."
The wooden ship beneath them directly transformed into a wooden dragon, soaring into the sky and heading towards the Black Cat Pirates' ship, completely ignoring those who had been rowing for a long time.
On the Black Cat Pirate ship, Jango watched the giant dragon flying directly towards them, terrified and scurrying around. With a loud "boom," the wooden dragon ripped off the entire deck of the ship.
As soon as the four landed, Shin'ya roared, "This is a robbery! Hand over all your money and food, or you can imagine the consequences yourselves!"
Without waiting for the Black Cat Pirates to speak, Shin'ya used Wood Release to bind all of them, rendering them immobile. Even the pirates desperately rowing back were pulled back by Shin'ya's vines and bound together.
Shin'ya then looked at Nami and said, "Nami, you search them. The treasure room is yours. We'll go see how much food there is. Let's split up."
Another half hour later.
The four came to the deck.
Shin'ya said, "There's not much food left, but we'll reach the next island soon. This food is enough for us to eat our fill at every meal."
Nami also brought out the treasure and said, "They're such paupers! The entire pirate crew's treasure isn't even one-tenth of Buggy's."
"However," Nami continued with a sinister smile, "I found a wanted poster and a letter on one of them. The contents of the letter are quite explosive. That wanted poster must be their captain, heh heh heh~."
